They protected not only my belongings, but my spirit. In a time when I felt completely alone, their presence brought comfort, safety, and even a little hope. Their professionalism was top-tier, but it was their humanity that made all the difference. They showed up with strength when I didn't have any left. I will never forget what they did for me -- not just the move, but the way they made me feel cared for. Their not movers their your friends for life! His quote was a few thousand lower than it ended up costing me; I paid the highest amount that I heard from friends in my previous neighborhood who moved to the same development but their movers were not available. He later offered to help bring in some of the boxes but we were so frustrated by how much work we had ahead of us we just couldn't comprehend having him come over but as we were getting to the end we had some heavy items that needed help to move and I tried recently to call him and he doesn't answer the phone. That is why I wouldn't trust anything he says! BEWARE! No matter what is said get exact price written down, what is exactly is included, watch how they wrap everything and fragile items you should take yourself and be wary if they say boxes are included! I originally thought it went well till I started to unpack. Now first off I had an estimate including them to unpack but they misjudged the amount of work that was required. So it ended costing me triple the price and they didn't have the time to unpack. They also only marked half the boxes with what was in them making it very frustrating for me to know what was worth to unpack immediately. Upon moving the boxes that they piled up triple high and very heavy caused the move to be extremely difficult since we are in our 70's. Upon opening the boxes the items were wrapped and re-wrapped with so much clear plastic that we spent hours cutting through to get to the items. They did this to many things that were non breakable pieces like boxes of cereal but a vase from Greece was wrapped in paper and was broken in pieces. A cup from Russia also broken was thrown in with the vase and a piece of paper place between them no wrap on the cup. My small 2 drawer file desk was emptied in a box mixing paper clips, rubber bands, pens, markers, and everything else that was in jars. All our items with cords instead of keeping them together they were all thrown in different boxes and still have not found them. We have a very heavy sewing table with machine needed taken up to the walk up attic(our second floor) it is still sitting in the garage and now we have to hire someone else to take care of it otherwise we can not park in the garage. DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY Will PROMISE TO DO THINGS; BUT BEWARE!! ALSO I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA MATERIAL; THEY USED SO MUCH MORE THAN NEEDED!!

So yesterday, Irving's crew of 5 people!! came and spent only 2 hours to load all my furniture from a 4 bedroom house. AMAZING. They did not take a break and worked extremely hard. It saved me time and money working with them. At a very good price. They went 10 minutes over 2 hours and did not even charge those extra minutes. They don't try to take advantage of you, they are focused on getting the job done. I trust these guys with their integrity, work ethic, and price. They are hardworking, reasonable, and good guys to work with. Irving manages the scheduling and the team, and he is highly communicative and very easy to work around your schedule. You just need to do your part by communicating clearly your needs and wants; I asked Irving my specific requests and questions, and there was no confusion or misunderstanding- for example, I had to get my own blankets, but they brought the plastic wraps for my furniture protection. Thank you so much Irving and the crew for helping our family's multiple local moves in the last several years, we hope to find someone half as good as your team after we move to the other side of the country!

They sent a small truck to move my items from my storage unit. It was 2 younger guys and boy did they pack the truck. It took them So much so that they broke lots of items. All of our fragile items were labeled clearly but I guess they didn't care. My Mom had a very elegant floor vase that was broken into pieces. We had a flat screen TV in which the screen was cracked. We had multiple glasses broken. They took zero care in the handling of our items. I contacted them on 10/30 yo let them know of the damaged items and it took them until today to send me back a measly $322. I was told on 11/19 they would send the money beginning of December. Do you think they proactively reached out? NO! I messaged them. My items were moved from PA to DE on 10/27. They moved items from a storage unit that was located at ground level to a garage at my new home. It took them from 8a to about 4pm. They charged me $1160. They wanted to charge me more but when I told them how much time they took to pack and unload they charged me $150 less I think it was. Astaghfirallah- Seek Allah's forgiveness I hope no one experiences what we went through.

They were careful with all our furniture, even making sure to wrap our glass table carefully or put covers down on the floors so they wouldn't scratch anything. They would call out to each other to watch corners and light fixtures. On a hot, humid July day, I'm glad I had their muscle. So, Devin was nice and easy to communicate with before showing up to pack my uhaul. The price was…read moreaffordable. But there were enough issues here that I can't leave a positive review. He asked last minute to show up an hour early, so I wound up rushing around in a panic to unplug things and handle last-minute tasks. In that process, the crew started unscrewing things and pulling out the little metal bolts that hold up shelves, etc...but they handed me some pieces and not others. The move itself was reasonably fast but the helpers didn't seem to have much experience. Cut to a couple hours after they leave, I finally get a chance to eat something and breathe and realize...the walls of the stairway are all scraped up. This didn't happen when furniture got moved in. Then later, Devin texts and tells me he has some of the missing parts for my furniture and will mail them to my new address...the next day, after unpacking a bit, I let him know I also can't find a bunch of screws critical to reattaching my dresser mirror. He says they were taped to the back. Ok. But they must have been covered by a ton of plastic wrap, which is already long gone in the dumpster. Then I notice a bunch of missing paint from my dressers--unclear if that's why the walls were so marked up in the last apt. I was having an intensely stressful time for other reasons, but I reached out to let Devin know about these concerns. It's almost a month later now, and he never did send me those missing shelf pieces he promised. He said they could be replaced over text; I guess that was a hint that I should go spend my time and money figuring that out. I don't think he's a malevolent person but he's also not running a professional operation. I really wish I'd hired a more experienced crew.
