We needed buckets, and a plastic sled under multiple leaks in our kitchen and porch. We tried contacting them 3 times and got no response. He then helped me by emailing directly with the insurance company to point out where their estimates for what it would cost to replace my roof were too low, and they eventually came up by several thousand to match his estimate. He also replaced my skylights and advised me on how to get tax credits for the new, energy efficient ones. His team was polite, worked really hard, and got it done before the cold winter weather set in, working through the weekend when it snowed during the week. They also cleaned up very well afterwards and warned me to check my driveway for nails after the dumpster was hauled away (there were over 20 that had fallen through the container so that was a key piece of advice). He and his foreman were both easy to contact by text and phone throughout the process. Overall, I am an extremely happy customer, both because I have a new roof that looks great, and also because my homeowners insurance picked up most of the cost, thanks to Shawn's willingness to wrangle with them.
