They were the only nail salon that had 4 stars plus on every site. Went in a Saturday morning when its typically busy, there were three people ahead of me. Within a couple of hours my toes began chipping whole on Friday 12:30AM (just a couple of hours after i left the salon). I had a 5AM flight the next morning which is why I was so upset and didn't contact that exact minute (because they were obviously closed at 12:30 AM and wouldn't be open at 4AM before I had to be on my flight.) I have time stamps and pictures that I showed the owner & he proceeded to tell me it's my fault. He refused to help me. Krissy took care of everything and even consoled me because of how embarrassing Tim is. Oh, Tim also took pictures of my nails on his own phone (I guess to use against me???) and then proceeded to yell throughout the salon about how I'm not staying to dry my nails after KRISSY fixed them. (He told me he wouldn't fix them, but I guess had a change of heart after he saw me on my phone typing) SO embarrassing. Everyone in the salon was uncomfortable because of him.
