I have went here for years, I used to love it before I knew what good was. I agree with other posts, Justin is amazing, but everyone else is mediocre. The prices are cheap but you can get better for the same price local. The new owner will not accept gift certificates purchased previously even though they never changed the name or announced a change in owner ship. I usually go somewhere in Fairless Hills and get a gel manicure that lasts me 3 weeks. I am 5 days out from getting one here and it's so thin, the gel doesn't reach to the edges. My daughters is already off. My toes are not gel but already chipping, usually that polish stays forever. The staff is super nice but I think they just need some training. I do love my eyebrows usually too. read more

I needed a pedicure. I decided to stay local instead of OVM. I went to Nail Tech Bristol commerce. I was waited on almost immediately. I sat in the chair while warm water was filling up. Within 10 min. I was started. Great experience. read more

I went there at the last minute at the recommendation of my hairstylist. They are quick , nice, and friendly. The young lady that did my nails was very sweet. And she did a great job in my spa pedicure.(and the mini massage)! ** To top it off it was raining very hard that day, they were looking for anything for me to cover up with so I didn't wet. Been going there for awhile then all of the sudden today I go in for my refill and they tell me that regular nail-polish will cost the same as gel.. I asked when that changed as I was just there 2 weeks ago and I was told it changed as of today. thats cool I'll go elsewhere read more

This place is terrible... I wanted a pedicure. They charged me $30 at first then added 5 dollars more for a French. To expensive for the service you get. Paint all over my toes, didn't clean all the dry skin of my feet. Not happy at all , won't be going there again. read more

Good place for pedicures. Very busy so although walk ins are welcome, on a Sunday best to make an appt. Recommend Justin as he does an amazing job and good massage! Prices are reasonable. read more

I chose this place at random. I wanted to get my nails done, but have no idea of good salons in the area. This was the closest to me when doing a Google maps search. Big mistake. I live in NJ but I'm from PA and for some reason I've never thought to try this place, but my aunt gets hers done here so I figured why not. Not impressed at all. The girl who did my nails, Serene, Selene... Did an okay job removing the acrylic from my real nails (when trying to pry it off, she noticed my body language and asked if it hurt. I told her yes so she used another method. Thumbs up.) however, it went downhill after that. Her painting job wasn't that good. I see a couple spots that were missed, and it just looks like I painted them at home. No top coat. Then, she puts my hands in front of the fan and walks away. No "I'll be right back" or anything. I already paid for the service and the design I wanted. No exaggeration, she didn't come back out from the back room for 15-20 minutes. Seriously? The owner had to come over and tell me to go over to the dryer, and THEN my design would be put on. So I wasted time sitting there for nothing. Selene finally comes out and starts on another customer without saying a word to me. The guy working there came over and did the design. He followed what the picture looked like perfectly (thumbs up). But tonight, not even 5 hours later, it's already peeling off. Never again. read more

Justin does amazing nails but I went one time when he wasn't there to get my nails done by one of the lady's.(Emily). I asked for this nail look and they said they didn't have that specific color. Ok whatever . So I picked a more simpler look . So I asked if they had a water bottle and the lady nicely said yes. She went to the back and took a little long. They have a tv screen where you can see surveillance footage from cameras they have in the nail salon and they happen to have one in the back (where the lady was getting my bottled water) I was watching her grab an empty water bottle and pour water from the faucet. When she finally came out she was opening it as she gave it to me I guess being nice, asking me if I wanted it right now. I was so disgusted. That was my last time going there. I got a gel or acrylic manicure done here on 02/25/2018 the day before my fiance proposed to me (I didn't know I was getting engaged). My nails were supposed to be burgundy with gold tips, and I have maroon with some sparkly tips. Not what I asked for (I had a photo off the internet that showed exactly what I wanted), and definitely not the length or shape they should be. My first tech, Coco I believe, got angry with me and walked away when I explained I didn't want my natural nails painted on, and the 2nd tech didn't trim my natural nails so the manicure is longer than I am accustomed to. I paid $35 for this manicure, and while I am content, I am far from happy. They didn't get a tip, they spoke in their native language, dismissed my concerns, and I will probably not be going back. I loved the work they did on me when I worked a few 100 yards away from them in 2016, but since I quit my job, I've rarely had my nails done. Now, I got my nails done before a very exciting event for me, and they are far from what I wanted. The colors, shape, length are all wrong, the techs were just short of outright rude, they rushed me through so they could take care of "regulars" (note: the 2nd tech sent me back to the first one because, and I quote, "I have a walk in waiting for me" in an aggressive tone). If possible, I'd give no stars, because this was not worth my money or time. read more

I went here out of random today while my boyfriend was at work. I don't live in PA, I live in NJ, and so every weekend I come to Bristol and never took time to get my nails done, so I decided to treat myself. Firstly, the lady who did my nails was talking on her cell phone the entire time I was getting my nails done. It was ridiculous. Secondly, no one ever thought to tell me the gel color I picked for my nails was a polish color that changed in different temperatures. She told me this when she was done painting my right hand. The color that shows up when your hands are cold is the color I thought I was getting from the start, and I liked it. It's a pretty pink color. The color that shows up when your hands are warm, however the horrendous. It's a nude/yellow color that matches my skin tone exactly. I hate nude colors, considering how pale I am and how much they wash me out, and was so unhappy. When I asked her to take the polish off and let me choose another color, she refused to let me. At that moment I walked out, not saying a word to anyone, and without giving her a penny's worth of a tip. I won't be going back there again. $30 and lots of tears and anger later, I've learned my lesson and will not recommend this place to anyone in the Bristol area. Save your money and go somewhere with better staff and better prices with quality nail polish. Extremely disappointed with my outcome. read more

I come here often I spend money all the time I even tip no one is good at designs only Justin and he is so busy to get him you need to book an appointment with him the people are rude every time I go it's a different price for the same thing which is a solid color with glitter on one maybe two fingers .. No one else is good at designs the girls who do pedicures suck there's only one woman that actually does your pedicure right! A couple of times I've showed pictures of something asking if they could do it and I don't know if they just didn't want to do it or they honestly didn't know how but it was kind of completely ignored that I ended up just using a solid color to paint my nails I spend money in there all the time normally always do my nails and my feet my eyebrows even wax my lip and I'm go there faithfully every two weeks for a refill and the touch up of everything and honestly I don't even know why I go back I think it's just because it's so close to my house it is convenient..I won't be coming here anymore not even on the worst day I rather travel 30 to 45 minutes away somewhere else rather than going five minutes down the road to be disappointed read more

I went to this estsblisment and ask for gel nails with a design, my nails look like a 4 year old did the job. My pedicure took less than 7 minutes with a quarter inch water. They did not sanitarize their equipment. read more

I've been going here for years and with the current establishment, it's really good. My gel manicure lasts me at least 3 weeks, sometimes 4 without chipping and my pedicures last equally as long. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean. They take really good care of you.... read more

I go here often and love the idea of the customer card where you get $7 off a service after you go 6 times. I like the jelli-pedicure because it includes a 10 minute hot stone massage and once a year for my birthday I upgrade to the spa or deluxe spa pedicure. read more

I give them one star because they do great pedicures when you get a massage, other then that everything else sucks. I went there and Emily did my full set. I had to ask her to repaint my nails because it looked like a child did them. My cuticles were colored and some of nails were not fully painted. After redoing them twice i asked for someone else whuch i did not get. The 3rd time she did them they were better but still looked terrible. I spent 3 hours and about $150. I was so frusterated i was like okay. I didnt even dry them because i knew i was going to go somewhere else and get them repainted. To top it off my 13 year old step daughter was there and got a refill by Vicky. She picked orange. Well the had streaks all in them. I made her get them repainted with a different color. She told this little girl "you didnt tip me" I quote. Now i was going to tup the lady for her even with the crappy paint job but for that reason i did not. I am not a hard customer or complainer at all but this set me off. Only go if you want a nice foot massage other then that i would stay away. read more
