Other patrons were yelling so loud to be heard over the music, adding to unpleasant pandemonium. She rarely acknowledges guests, seems far more focused on making drinks than paying attention to the people sitting in front of her, and creates an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. On my most recent visit, I sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue.
