I wanted to love this place but it fell short. First of all Ramen should be more than just chicken broth, it was a little bland, nothing special about it. My kids got kids ramen and the girl at the register never even asked if they wanted a protein in it. I didn't even realize until we got home that it was an option. The shrimp teriyaki rice bowl was ok, the sauce was all on the bottom hidden, you have to mix it in yourself, and it needed more, maybe some vegetables to go along w it aside from the 3 baby corn spears, some spinach or bok choy, mushroom or cucumbers would have been nice choices to have. I was torn between 2-3 stars but I went with 3 because they're new and the place was spotless. I had the Classic Ramen today with a little red chili oil served with an actual Japanese Green Tea in the bottle. This dish is probably the best Ramen I have had within miles of where I live. I was so excited to hear that a ramen spot was opening so close to me but this was a complete disappointment. The pescatarian ramen was honestly inedible, I got through about 1/4 of it before throwing it out. It was cold, extremely oily, and the up charge for the microscopic shrimp that I buy in bulk cheaper than chicken in h-mart just added insult to injury. The broth tasted like it had been accidentally over sweetened and salt had been poured in as a coverup and the ramen egg seemed like they submerged it in mirin for 2 or 3 days effectively turning it into a very offensive candied egg. I did like the green tea pudding although it tasted more like coconut than anything else. I know it's hard to find good ramen spots in Long Island but I will make the 40 minute trip to MB Ramen 10x over before trying this place again. read more

This was a great new find for my sister and me! We went this afternoon and got ramen bowls, the cucumber appetizer dish, and green tea pudding to finish off our meal. The ramen bowls were HUGE but so tasty, definitely worth it given how much food you get and how delicious they were. The green tea pudding was also so so good, and neither of us particularly like green tea so we were very impressed. We brought our leftovers home to have another day this week, but once we've finished we'll be back soon for more. The place was spotless and not too loud, and all the staff were very friendly and gracious. If you like ramen, you should stop by. Was honestly disappointed by this place. When I asked for my ramen to be spicy I wasn't expecting them to add so much chili oil that it was almost inedible. The broth itself lacked flavor the noodles lacked flavor the veggies weren't good. The only redeeming factor was the egg which was perfectly cooked and delicious and the added tofu was fantastic, crunchy and seasoned beautifully.
