I am also a photographer (not a professional one, as a hobby) so when I was searching for someone to do our photos, I looked for someone who had a certain shooting and editing style, as well as skill. What I love about Ruby is that she can not only do beautiful outdoor photo shoots, but amazing studio/indoor photos! Trust me, as a fellow photographer, finding someone who can do both is very difficult! Usually someone specializes in one or the other. I originally chose Ruby for her beautiful portfolio, but kept coming back to her for her professionalism, talent and overall great photoshoot experiences. Most of our shoots involved our children, which (as most parents know) can be a really stressful time. Ruby has always been able to connect with our kids (even the grumpy ones), is super friendly and makes the photo time fun rather than a chore for them. All four of my kids know who "Miss Ruby" is now. Her customer service is on point. Ruby has always been able to match the vision of what kind of photos I'm requesting. There have been a couple times when a photo wasn't edited how I wanted or needed a little tweak and she always accommodated my request with a "no problem". She and her husband also spent a day offroading to find the perfect location for my anniversary photos after I described a vision I had for the shoot! I paid full amount for photos before taking pictures, and, he was in rush to take my pictures after getting full amount. He promised me to take the pictures on different locations to take different poses, but he took lot of pictures in studio just to kill the time, and in the end we went in the near by park to take picture, and he spend just 10 mintues over there to take pictures and after that he said we are done. He selected his own (without knowing me) just 10 pictures and send me by email after 3-4 days. I will recommand that do not pay him before getting your promised services over the phone or text.
