Fixed my car in a pinch. Was affordable and accomodating. They gave a breakdown of everything and worked with us to get me back on the road.

I brought my car in and was told needed a transmission, I suggested buying a low mileage used transmission but he said that he would rebuild it. after two months and coming back every week to see if it was ready, he said it was and to come pay him the remaining balance so I did pay him and when I started to leave his shop the car wouldn't shift just like when I first brought it he said that it was an electric issue and that he will have it fix but I will have to pay for the electric work. after Four and a half months there and have been fool to paid in full the car has the same problem as when I brought it. I took it out of there and brought it to a different shop to diagnose and was told that the transmission needs to be repaired or replaced!!!! he won't give me the money paid back and has the nerve to treat me and accused me of stilling my own car from his shop!!!! in the 4 1/2 months he had my car I saw several people coming to argue with him for the same reasons but it was to late for me since they had my car there for months. Do not bring your car here. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any shop. They were supposed to replace my engine and when they did I drove it home and it started leaking mud from the radiator. Took it back and they said the engine was now bad. After paying over $6000 I was told I now needed another engine and now a new radiator. They kept giving me the run around for over 2 months. Finally they said it was ready so I went to pickup and they charged me an additional $350 for the new radiator. I drove off and went to get gas. Now the AC doesn't work and the radiator reservoir is empty. I don't trust this shop to change a light bulb. Negative stars Update: so the reservoir was not low. However the vehicle is leaking some fluids. I was able to get the AC charged by someone I can trust. The radiator I was told was replaced does not appear to be a "new" one. I was told that it would be $350 and was actually charged $385. read more

Take your car elsewhere!! I had to bring my car back her 4X for the same damn problem! Carlos is cool but he lies! And my car should of been fixed the first time. I spent over $1400 and had to keep returning for them to get it right. There are other options for car repair and I suggest you try them! I'm response to your comment: you even told me out your mouth customers were coming back 4/5 times because of issues with parts from the "manufacturer " when in reality you guys are using used parts, trying to cut corners and make money! read more

I had the transmission of my Jeep wrangler rebuilt by the O&L Lancaster shop last year. I paid extra for heavy duty shifting. While it works well, it won't stop leaking transmission fluid. I have had it back there two additional times to fix the issue but it keeps leaking after a few days. Carlos has been reasonable but this is getting old. . I don't even off road this Jeep at all. Owner is dishonest and will not back up his work or word. I do not recommend this place for transmission repair. My transmission was acting faulty on first day of repair and when I took it back they kept it for about 4 days and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission. Called him again and he still hasn't answered or replied after a few weeks. read more

Great customer service & pricing! Carlos really helped me out in a jam. My clutch went out on the way home to Vegas & a tow truck driver recommended Carlos. He stayed late to receive my car, checked it out, gave me my options & even though I decided not to fix it he helped me get my personal belongings from the car, gave me a ride to my hotel & even called back to make sure I didn't need food or anything since it was late.
