I was gifted a month of training sessions with Nit Fit, as bday gift, by my older sister to support me on my health and lifestyle journey and it has been one of the best gifts I've ever received. The best trainer! I'm currently training for the Chicago Marathon and was looking to incorporate strength training. I started training with Nita January of this year and she has truly changed my life. I wasn't confident in lifting weights or sticking to a workout routine. Since working with Nita I'm lifting heavier weights and feel more confident in my workouts. The workouts are challenging, but really fun! Nita has a personality that just lights up any room. During every workout you will be slightly pissed off with Nita but in the end you will feel like you conquered the world! You won't believe you made it through, but you did because Nita pushes you. For me, I need someone to push me, someone who is keeping an eye out to make sure my form is correct. I need someone who will push me, encourage me, but also someone who is patient, and shows empathy when I'm struggling. If you're struggling Nita will supply you with a less challenging variation of the workout but still allows you to continue building on that muscle. Hands down BEST trainer in LA. Nita creates and fosters such a supportive, nurturing environment for you to be your best self. But that doesn't mean she's going to take it easy on you. In fact, it's the exact opposite. Nita is the type of trainer to ask you to do the hardest things because A. She knows you can do it (even if you don't want to). B. Deciding to enroll in Nita's more HIIT focused classes was probably the best decision that I made for my health! The exercises are intense but not impossible. There are three days of class that we focus on a different area of the body over those three days. Every week the exercises for the designated area of the body change, which is a great feature for the class that I love, and is also a great feature that keeps you from reaching a plateau in your results. Speaking of results, while I don't weigh myself much anymore, I will say that I've lost approximately 30 pounds since I started with Nita. I've also noticed an exponential increase in strength since I've been in the gym with her! She keeps the environment relaxed and fun in the gym with great music and her sparkling personality. While we are suffering she is smiling and dancing . The community of people that also are enrolled in her classes are all lovely people who also help keep you accountable in the gym.
