Not only are their melts long lasting, they create some of the best scent combinations of any company I have found. Their dedication to creating quality products and excellent customer service has made me a life long customer and fan. I love their melts, candles, lotions and car diffusers to the point I almost exclusively gift from their shop for holidays. When creating their store they have been incredibly intentional in curating a space that not only will showcase their growing range of products but has also given opportunity to other small, local businesses to sell their products. This commitment to their new community and giving space to help others succeed is incredibly admirable. Definitely worth a drive to see them - smell their products in person - and I promise you will fall in love with Cottage Melts too!

When I called and left a hasty voice mail after not being able to speak with a live person about my issue, I was called back by an older woman and chastised for speaking too quickly in the voicemail. The woman made a point to lecture me on it instead of asking how she could help me when she returned my call. She spoke to me like I was a child and not an adult customer. She showed very little concern over my actual issue of where and why my flower delivery was unaccounted for. I've never experienced this before, anywhere, and I've worked in the customer service field for 20 years. The quality of their floral work is high, but I will not be giving them any future business, as other florists in the area behave much more professionally and I don't need the added drama of a business who doesn't understand how to keep customers from feeling like a burden.
