Alot of the kids here were really mean. i got bullied and hit a few times. and when i would stick up for myself i was 'the one starting things'. I loved coco. one of the few things i looked forward to everyweek. we had building restrictions, and they were handed out so often and over very little things. adam never really cared and made some of my problems worse. he never had time to talk to me and never really talked to me about how I felt. i was also told that i myself was increasing my stay there and that i was an asshole. understandable. but it still hurt. this place really judges people based on age and stay. after my first month there i was expected to know everything and be great at it. i left feeling traumatized because of the amount of crisis and lack of control there. i was also put on alot of meds and was given a new disorder when all that was really going on was a lot of bullying. a LOT. but i miss this place and its comfort. also kyle never talked to us :)) hi! and i love the staff! especially madi 1 & 2, and steph w/ the dog!!

My daughter paid a visit to counselor Michelle Kennedy that did a UA125 assessment. Counselor had my daughter take a drug test. Never received the results, did not hear back from counselor with follow up. Daughter OD'ed 2 weeks later. Thank goodness she pulled through. Continuing to call to get someone to give me the results of the test and talk about this bill. They answered once and person couldn't help me, forwarded my call to a VM of Jack Benson and still no call back. $300 bill from a lab in California for the test (that costs me $40 elsewhere) must be a mix up of some kind, and still don't have the results or help for my daughter.

I gave it one star because its almost impossible to call and not be put on hold for more than a minimum of 5-10min. Even scheduling in person is insane. They attempt to do everything electronically on IPADS but it seems to cause more issue. They also have not yet straightened out an on going filing error they made so we spend at least 10 min explaining and almost arguing over their mistake. They don't cancel appointments on me as I am travelling to said appointment and they seem to do a pretty good job of communicating my needs to chemists/pharmacists (I have some pretty odd allergies). Dr. Lori and her team have done more for my whole-body/life health in the last 6 months than Nystrom and others did in a combination of 14+years. I only wish I had switched sooner! I love their flexibility and non-guilt-trip attitude when the rare occasion does occur such as you were called in to work and will be unable to make an appointment. My single gripe is that scheduling appointments can take a little longer than you'd want. You can spend quite a while standing there. I don't know what a receptionist job there entails, but I feel like there's probably a way to streamline that. Yay FLMHC! I love your no-nonsense approach to helping others! Your staff seems to truly have genuine compassion as well. They're not just there because it's a way to pay the bills!
