She made great conversation the entire appointment, kept everything comfortable, and never made it feel awkward. She's also pretty funny, which definitely helped me relax. Her name is Grace, and she truly lives up to it, she's just sweet as pie. Since this service is one where you can't exactly see what's happening, all I could really do was go by feel, and I could tell she was incredibly thorough. She took her time, made sure everything was clean, and even ensured there wasn't any wax residue left behind. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The service was only $32, and I happily tipped her $20 because she absolutely earned it. If you're considering booking with Grace, do it, you'll be in great hands!

Because of this experience, when I moved to Houston, I went back and have been regularly going every month or two for Brazilian. I had a basic pedi and a super extra mani with builder gel with metallic cat eye. I had two staff members working with me and they were very nice and gentle. What stood out to me was that they advertise builder gel and gel x services and that after my pedi, they bagged up my shoes for me. Also, when I was messaging with them on social media, they were very responsive and I really appreciated that. I'm currently on day one with these nails and I'm loving them . There is free parking outside. I think next time when I go, I'll probably ask for more detailed art and see what their nail artist comes up with. If they haven't already, it will be great if they put their nail artist names on the photos of the nail art that they worked on. It would be great for people who like to be super extra with their nails.

The acrylic was difficult to remove, and now I'm concerned that my natural nail may have been damaged. This is extremely frustrating because I paid for a service expecting professional work and proper care for my natural nails. Clients should not have to worry about the condition of their real nails after getting their nails done. The quality of the work and the experience have left me very disappointed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this spa to think twice and be cautious before trusting them with their nails. I will not be returning!! I booked the $20 Brazilian wax and I guess the phrase you get what you pay for it really is true…read more Let's first start by saying I was 10 minutes late, which I did call to inform the Esthetician unfortunately their calls do not go directly in-house but to a overseas receptionist When I did arrive, the receptionist did not greet me nor did she introduced herself, but stared at the screen with her back to me to verify my name and asked me if I had wax before so she could gauge if she had enough time to still take my appointment. My, I am nothing about her look was professional she had on a hoodie the entire time definitely kind of sketchy. Also, she didn't make any conversation. All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience. Definitely would not recommend the vibe is definitely not there, and I will not be back for sure. Also, may I add anybody may be 10 minutes late because most people are probably looking for a storefront but it's not it's in a salon suite. Might I add, also at the quality of these products are nothing special their basic things you can buy inside of a Walmart or a beauty supply store with no aesthetician license. and the after post wax things that she use are not pH balance for the bikini area. I am a licensed aesthetician, so take my word for it. "Esthetician" Name is Nikita
