These police officers take an oath to uphold the Constitution, and according to the constitution an emergency is an injured third-party, damaged property, and stolen property; If they pull you over when there is no emergency, they are violating their oath of office, they swear an oath to uphold the Constitution while violating it at the same time and forcing public policy on the private Sovereign American national.
