Since I was giving him the 20 AirPods for a good deal I figured it would go smoothly although within five minutes I was Robbed, I tried to run after them and got threatened that I will be stabbed if I kept following them. I spent a lot of money on these AirPod pros and they were not all mine so I was now only losing my rent money but my funds rent money as well I was devastated and I did the only thing I could think of which was called the police. Within less than five minutes the 75th precinct responded and got to work, I was lucky to be greeted with officers, Officer Ramnaraine and Officer Singh, I was in a state of panic and they were very helpful we're getting the information and getting the word out to help me get my items back and to find the perpetrators so they would not threaten anyone else. We went around to look for them and eventually came to 75th precinct were they told me they have found the perpetrators and my items that have been stolen. Mind you this was all within less than one hour! They were incredible, motivated and really helped me through this terrible process. I would honestly and truthfully from bottom of my heart I really do want to think the 75th precinct, the officers to help me and the offices there searching and helping the case. I am so proud of our police force NYPD! Thank you for all that you do!

There the desk Sargent on duty and civilian present (I assume a community service officer) were sympathetic and were able to help me understand what I needed to do to get a court order to enter to get clothing for my sister and go from there. It was a bit of relief to go from unsure to having a mission that I needed to accomplish. 3 days later I was back. This time it was to wait for an officer (or two) to escort me and supervise my time int he apartment) which would be under seal till the court declared me an administrator. They again were friendly, professional, and sympathetic. I would have to wait. Unsaid was that this was not a high priority. So I waited. It took many hours, but they were able to free up 2 officers to head over with me. Again the officers who escorted me were friendly and professional. It was appreciated in this trying time.

Today, I received a terrifying threatening call at work from someone who used technology to spoof…read moremy boss's cell phone. This man knew where I was, named my boss and family members, and said he was driving to my office to *get me* NINE calls to 911, 2 calls to the 102nd, and a *Hail Mary* call to the 106th (next closest precinct, no one responded during the 5 hour period I waited Once I was able to safely leave my office (I work alone at a construction office and had to wait for the laborers to return), I went to the precinct to find an empty *prisoner room* and about 7 or 8 police just hanging out eating sandwiches. After 5 minutes of just sitting staring at them, someone finally noticed me. I congratulated them on doing absolutely nothing and left. This is supposed to be the gold standard of law enforcement. Great job NYPD!!
