Hidden Dash Cam:  4th Screenshot of so-called Failure to Yield to Pedestrian

*NOTE TO YELP GUIDELINE DEPARTMENT. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DOWN REVIEW. ALL CONTENT FALLS WITHIN GUIDELINES. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN NAMED AND ANY IDENTIFIERS ARE ON PUBLIC DATABANKS. STAY TRUE TO INTEGRITY* Regarding TICKET # ABD076722: Filed for appeal as ALJ 079 determination dated 1/29 was a cookie-cutter response that did not specify form of evidence. Here's a link of hidden dash camera that holds metadata and can be compared to Allstate Drivewise discount tracking device. https://sagelysalvaged.com/2018/02/24/dispute-the-police-officers-personal-opinion In speaking to Queen's North TVB's office clerk, the ALJ is lax with reading personal statements, and provides personal appearances with more consideration. Another FOIL request has been issued for NYPD 111 Precinct, 45-06 215th St, Bayside, NY 11361, officer ID: 944538, and now for ALJ 079 Resubmitted past evidence (i.e., support of car camera video, and trial history documents) and submitted initial "Statement In Place of Personal Appearance" affidavit form (completed on site of Traffic Violations Bureau), in place of attending a 1/29/2018, hearing (as scheduled trial conflicts with Presbyterian Hospital medical appointment). A December 13, 2017, Queens North Traffic Violations Bureaus returned my initial evidence package (evidence that I also submitted to 7 related agencies) and issued a notice that returned documents was accompanied with enclosed instructions and an affidavit form. However, instructions and affidavit form were not within mailed package and it's been impossible to reach (718) 488-5710 or 311 for for sake of getting missing form and instructions. I've gone above and beyond to prove Traffic Officers' overreach, and then worked even harder to submit into Queens North TVB evidence; as the agency took steps to harden intake of evidentiary materials. Good grief!

I chose to go there at night after I was unable to secure a police report from my local precinct, the 105th.

My parents live in Fresh Meadows and I'm house sitting until they come back from vacation. I had to…read morereport a crime (not an emergency but a crime) and chose to do it in person, as I didn't feel getting a police car to drive up to my parents house would be a nice surprise for the neighbors. I was greeted immediately as I walked in with curious yet friendly-enough eyes and was asked what I needed. The female officer who I was conversing with was multi-tasking and was on a call we both agreed it'd be best if I sat for a few minutes so she could give me her full attention once finished. As I sat and waited for a few minute, several officers walked passed my seat to go to the back and they were all very polite and friendly, each asking "Hey how you doin?" While I won't get into the details of the situation, the officers were very helpful and down to earth. I appreciate our boys in blue. Thank you for the help.

Highway Unit 3 - Officer Morales #16688 It's extremely…read moredisappointing to see the way you treated my cousin and the complete lack of courtesy and humanity shown during this situation. My cousin pulled over on the Clearview Expressway simply to offer assistance to someone whose vehicle would not start. He was trying to do a good deed and help someone who appeared to be stranded. At no point did he ask this person for money or attempt to solicit business from them. Despite that, Officer Morales proceeded to place my cousin in handcuffs and accuse him of soliciting. Instead of taking a moment to understand the situation or ask questions, he immediately treated my cousin as though he had done something wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with stopping to help someone in need. Law enforcement should be about protecting and serving the community, not making people feel as though they are criminals for trying to do a good deed. I sincerely hope this situation is reviewed and that there is accountability for how my cousin was treated. Basic respect, professionalism, and common sense should apply to everyone!! And to top it off, he impounded the vehicle! How miserable can one person be?
