I want to start off by saying that the owner PJ is a one-of-a-kind business owner who is honest, kind, caring, and truly puts the customer first. PJ reached out to me through Yelp to schedule a same day in-person estimate on a Saturday where he met me in person. Even with so many people to take care of, I really appreciated the time he spent explaining the cost of the repairs, which was very reasonable. Seeing that it was difficult to drop off the car during normal business hours, I was able to drop the keys off in an after-hours box. PJ reached out to me 1 day after dropping the car off, letting me know that my car was ready for pickup. My car was even finished a day earlier than I expected. When I arrived I almost couldn't recognize my car as it looked practically brand new! Wow! I brought my ten-year-old Toyota Camry in for a detailing service yesterday and am incredibly impressed with their work. All you have to do is give the key to your car to the manager and sit at the VAP and get to your office work. Don't worry about the details. They check all the details of your car better than you. I want to mention that their details team turned my car into a new vehicle. They polished my car three times at a reasonable price. Not only did they wash the inside of the car, but they also removed the stains on the seats. The heat dimmed the lights in my car, but they made them beautiful. I rarely leave reviews but NYLA blew me away. I came to NYLA because i recently acquired an old beater car (2004 Honda Pilot) and the interior was in terrible shape, mainly the leather seats were old and dirty and the carpet had many stains, I just didn't feel comfortable driving it. Shay the GM knows customer service, he takes care of you, and addresses any concerns, and thoroughly walks through what they will be doing and setting expectations. I knew I wouldn't be getting back a brand new Pilot, but for a 17 year old car with lots of embedded mystery stains, they did a hell of a job, even somehow managing to get the spots in between the seats. Out of curiosity, I checked some of the spots I expected them to miss, and they even cleaned out the storage compartment that holds the third row headrests (as well as the headrests). To top it all off they had some rubber mats that they weren't using and threw those in for me. I wish i had taken some before pics to post, but Ill be coming back, I highly recommend this place. read more
