When my venue, Leonard's Palazzo, did not have the chairs I requested, Stylish Events gifted me their chairs to use. They also provided complimentary cake decoration- my cake looked beautiful. My guests took home the floral decor in bubble bowls which doubled as ceremony decor. They said it was the most stunning wedding set up they have ever experienced. Stylish Events offers both in person and virtual appointments and they are also available on Saturdays. I selected them as my only floral vendor because of their flexibility, large collection of real work examples that they've done, and absolutely breathtaking floral designs. I worked with Sunny for over a year and he is a true professional. I presented a color scheme for my florals and he brought the vision to life.

I did not have to reach out to Stylish during my wedding week. They did exactly what we discussed and were on time. For my jaago decor, I chose an existing stage decor they had done and was very pleased with the result. For my reception, I asked for a custom design and was amazed with the results! I received countless compliments on both the jaago and reception!

Hiring Shirley as our day coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had…read morea big wedding with 250 guests and I was anxious all the way up to the day of the wedding, but I was surprised by how much fun we ended up having at our wedding. I would say one big reason is because of Shirley who was there with us every step of the day. I knew I wanted a day of coordinators who are not only bilingual, but also know the Chinese wedding customs. We had many Chinese guests and family members who did not speak English, and this was the first wedding of parents from both sides. I wanted to make sure we have a good time, and our parents are also well taken care of since we will be too busy to tend to them. We had all our vendors booked before hiring Shirley so we booked the classic package. For this package, Shirley started working with us about 6 weeks before the wedding. She introduced herself to our vendors and made sure they had the itinerary before the wedding, attended zoom meeting with us when requested, and she was quick to respond to our requests and questions. Our wedding included elements from both Chinese and Western weddings, it was a 14-hour day including getting ready, gatecrashing, two tea ceremonies, photoshoots, a first look, ceremony, a quick first dance practice, receptions, and three dress changes (7a-11 pm)! With so much to do, we had a tight itinerary, and Shirley made sure the right people was at the right place at the right time so we are on schedule. She communicated with our wedding party on what's next on the itinerary, and guided our parents through the itinerary. Shirley did a mini rehearsal with our parents for the ceremony and reception introduction on the day, and made sure they were there to see our first look through the window without interrupting our own moments. We highly recommend Shirley to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner or day-of coordinator.

She was very honest and told us right off the bat if something wasn't going to work and how we could work around it. She did not pressure us to use her floral and decorating company, Jelo, but we did because it was so beautiful and flexible. She is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. Without her, we could not have planned our wedding so beautifully and although it was mentally draining to plan the wedding, Shirley definitely took a load off! Definitely consider hiring her if you are planning an Asian wedding!

Will try to give my honest feedback from my experience with Rahel. I got the entire package from…read moredress, makeup, and photography. I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

It was such a convenient one-stop shop - they have dress/tux for rent, hair&makeup artists on site, as well as a photographer. For the engagement shoot, we got the whole package here and are very pleased with how the photos turned out. We are also going with Rahel for our wedding - hair & makeup and renting a dress/tuxedo.

A wedding is such a whirlwind of ideas and Sharon & Shannon took every one of those ideas and executed them perfectly on our wedding day! From the initial Save the Dates & invitations to the Bridal Shower, Wedding & Reception venue decor! All was stunning, perfectly executed and wonderfully reflected our personalities! Sharon is incredibly patient and isn't easily rattled by challenges. And we had a doozy after the wedding was over and we were on our way to the hotel. I was so relieved when Sharon picked up that one last phone call. She had the solution and everything was resolved! Planning something as high stress as a wedding, you need someone like Sharon on your team! I later discovered that a guest remarked to a group of our friends, "that was the wedding of her Dreams" and he was absolutely RIGHT! I got married in October and hired Khadeja due to a friend's recommendation. At first, she was very…read morepolite and kind. After we booked her, however, things went radio silent. She had "other brides" she was tending to, and I understood. However, when my time did come, she dropped the ball on the following tasks: -communicating with my bridal/groom party in a timely and professional fashion -arranging the table numbers (many complaints from guests) -transporting my wedding portrait to the venue without hassling me -family pictures with bride & groom at reception -communicating with respect to stressed out family members (M.O.B & cousins) *and most importantly, failing to hire a back up assistant so she wasn't overwhelmed. Her assistant cancelled last minute, understandable. But this is where professionalism plays a big part. As a person who is not in the industry, even I know it is common sense to have someone on standby for such hiccups. She was accommodating to me when it came to my nerves, however that not the only thing I needed accommodations for. A little tip, a client never wants to see her Coordinator feeling bombarded or flustered. This experience was not worth our money.

Our celebration had 100 guests coming to Westchester, NY from all over the world, with a ceremony at the historic Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow and the reception at Windrose-on-Hudson. Featuring a blend of different cultural traditions and fully bilingual events, this wedding had a lot of moving parts! With Unruffled as our Month-Of Coordinators, everything came off perfectly. We had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Kritzie in our planning sessions. Kritzie, Genesis, and Robert took care of us on the big day. The Unruffled team could not have been more thoughtful, patient, accommodating, and attentive. From the welcome questionnaire to the planning meetings to the site visits to the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, they were not only organized and helpful, but a very calming presence. Their deep attention to detail allowed us to trust that everything big and small would get taken care of, and everything indeed came out perfectly. Because Kritzie and Emily really took the time to get to know us, they were able to make many helpful suggestions throughout the planning process (and during the wedding day itself) that perfectly aligned with and complemented our vision for the event. Kritzie did a great job working with our other vendors, including our reception venue, where we were the first wedding they ever held. On the wedding day, Kritzie and Genesis kept everything moving smoothly without being intrusive at all. We were able to really enjoy our wedding because we knew they had everything well in hand. Robert took amazing video of our private Tea Ceremony (before the professional videographer arrived), and was on top of troubleshooting any minor hiccups throughout the day (clutch job quickly fixing the cocktail hour speaker!). Our families, the church, the reception venue, and our vendors also uniformly (and completely unprompted!) told us that Kritzie and the whole team were the best wedding coordinators that they had ever worked with - high praise indeed! We consider ourselves lucky to have worked with Kritzie, Emily, Genesis, and Robert. I can't stop thinking about how spectacular and perfect and fun our wedding was, and that was in no small part due to their help! We are very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Hiring Veronica for our wedding as our Day of Coordinator was the best decision that we made during…read morethe 27-month wedding planning process. From the moment I spoke with her, I could tell that she was someone I could trust to make sure that our day was amazing. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and I had very specific ideas and needs for the wedding. I was worried that I wouldn't find someone who could do as good a job as I could with organization, delegation, and accuracy. But she remembered every single detail. She also handled some larger issues - such as helping me with the shuttles. We needed shuttles for 130 people to leave the venue at essentially the same time - and I could not find a 3rd shuttle. She was able to book me an additional coach bus within 4 days of the wedding - that honestly saved the day. I also asked her to come to the florist with us so she could see our 'vision', since it was a bit more than just putting flowers on tables. When I arrived at the venue, I saw that she took our vision and made it even better! She added touches of gold and lights and greenery in places I didn't think to decorate, and it looked amazing. She was with me the entire night, keeping the sleeves of my dress from falling, helping me with eyedrops when I couldn't see, and constantly checking in with our band, maître d', and photographers to make sure everything was running smoothly. She got us through the mid-reception family photos (which I thought would be a disaster time-wise) so quickly, and was truly managing the time for the entire night. All of the vendors raved about her, and said her communication and precision was impeccable - and that she had great improvisation skills for whenever things did go a bit astray. I didn't have to worry about anything the entire evening, and that was the best feeling ever. Veronica is great at what she does - which is making sure your day is amazing. She is professional, great at communication, and she makes you feel safe. You can trust her completely, and know that your day will be in the best hands possible.

We had to originally delay our party by a month and they worked with us to reschedule our tent rental. The tent was delivered and setup 48 hours prior to the event which gave us plenty of time to setup the party. We were informed that the tent we had originally ordered was returned dirty so we were upgraded to a larger tent at no cost. I called Shane at Top Line on the recommendation of a friend. Shane came and looked at my backyard, which is on the small side, to figure out what my best options were. I was immediately impressed by his attention to detail. Shane's team came a few days before the party to set up. Each one of the guys were neat, friendly, professional and respectful of my property. The tables were strong and sturdy. Everything was clean. We had lights and fans set up with the tents and they did not leave until everything was perfect. The team came back a few days after the party to break everything down and again were neat and respectful of my property. To say that we were happy with Top Line Party Rentals is an understatement. We would highly recommend them for your party needs. You won't be disappointed!
