The week before the event, Chris told me that the food would be delivered about 30 minutes before the start time of the event so that the delivery person could help us set up. Instead, the food was delivered a few minutes PAST the start time, so that guests were arriving at the same time as the order. It was a terribly inconvenient time to be receiving the delivery, and obviously too late for help setting up. We had ordered assorted appetizers -- crudités and chips/dip. The chips and dip were literally bags of Doritos and etc -- without even bowls to put them in -- and frito lay dips. Like the kind we could have bought at the grocery store for far less. Moreover, one of the items we ordered (pasta salad) was totally forgotten. All of this could have been OK if Chris had handled it better afterwards. I let him know the following day about the mix ups and inconveniences, and didn't receive a response for a few days. At the very least, if you have someone else handling a job, you should reach out to find out if it went OK before the client has to reach out to you. His eventual response was disinterested and perfunctory. All in all, we feel ripped off and cheated. Other than the dessert, there was nothing delivered that we couldn't have gotten at Stop and Shop for a lot cheaper and without much more hassle. I'm really glad we had our own chips and dips to supply because it would have been very embarrassing to put out the bags of chips that were delivered. There was no compensation for the dish that was not delivered, nor any offer.

Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.
