The breaking point: - Pickup kept getting pushed, then switched to "delivery" that never happened - We requested cancellation and a refund; they responded once asking for our order number, then completely ghosted despite multiple follow-ups - They later emailed about temporarily closing and invited cancellations - we replied again, no response - Then they shut down entirely We paid for 12 meals and only received 5, over a span of time where we should have finished the subscription. Plus, we're now left SOL without any resolution. If you're in the same situation and think you're outside the chargeback window, still try your bank. Each $100 worth is $3 just so I feel secure if something happens to my package, I get insurance. Make sure you bring an extra shipping box if u have it. The way they calculate the shipment also depends on the size of the item as well as the weight. Bringing an extra box allows you to see which box shipping fee might be cheaper. I sent a 7 lb box but had to pay 10lb fee due to the size of the box. It cost me close to $50 dollars sending it to Hong Kong.
