I understand that our cleaner arrived late, though he informed us a couple of hours in advance. He…read morewas very polite, but the cleaning was subpar. We paid extra for window cleaning, yet it didn't seem like the windows were cleaned--stains remained in the same spots, especially greasy ones in the kitchen. Additionally, the floor in the corner still had a lot of dust and small trash and also didn't clean the mirror in the bedroom attached to the closet at all. I had to hire another company to clean it properly. So unprofessional. Updated : I'm not nitpicking; I'm addressing the importance of professional standards for move-in cleaning. The apartment, at only 5xx square feet, took your employee three hours to clean, yet the work was subpar. To clarify, the windows were in that condition during the initial apartment viewing, contrary to your assumption. In the hospitality and service industry, acknowledging an employee's mistake with an apology is the professional response, not dismissing a client's concerns or labeling them as nitpicking. We are reasonable people who trusted your business and employee. This experience fell short of the professionalism we expected.

Kellee has cleaned my apartment for over a year, and she leaves it smelling amazingly every time…read more She comes once a month, and I think of it as a refresh for those places that I just don't get to spot clean every day. Kellee is so kind, and has a beautiful soft energy about her. Her prices are fair, she is punctual, and whenever she leaves, I can't wait to take a bath in the newly cleaned bathtub. Definitely give her a shot if you're looking for a reliable cleaner!

I found out about Green Maids & Co. when I requested a price quote for a cleaning through Yelp…read more Damon from Green Maids was the first to get back to me and the only one to follow up with detailed information about availability and pricing. He was able to get someone to come by the apartment (even though I gave them short notice) and I thought the price quoted were pretty reasonable. Damon was also very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. The cleaner who came by was nice, professional, and got the job done well. The apartment looks great! I plan on booking with them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for a cleaning service.

About an hour before they were to arrive, Damon contacted me to let me know that one woman was ill so only one housekeeper would be able to clean. Although initially upset, we actually hit the jackpot. Marilyn arrived on time and went right to work. She was extremely professional and pleasant. She cleaned methodically and thoroughly. This was not an easy job because the house had been neglected and vacant for some time but Marilyn was not deterred. I would definitely hire Green Maids again.

Okay it seems like with Cleaning Day it's really luck of the draw. The cleaners aren't branded with…read morelogos or t shirts or supplies in any way - just a random person showing up with their own cleaning supplies. We got lucky w Alejandro! He was super nice and despite a language barrier we were able to discuss what I needed cleaned. It was slightly annoying to me that Cleaning day did not give him all of the details though. I don't think I should have had to explain things but alas, the clean he did was great!! Really the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bc it seems rly up to chance, the communication from the company feels extremely lacking and there's no support for a language barrier. There were a few miscommunications also (which again was NO fault of Alejandro's!). The price felt like I underpaid for the kitchen clean but overpaid for the bedroom - it was tough to know what to expect based on the website and not being able to totally communicate with the cleaner they sent (and I know they have bilingual staff bc someone called me as the cleaner was having an issue getting into my building.) Overall I might book again, but I'd know I need to be home for the entire cleaning so I am able to communicate various things the cleaner wasn't told. Which is sort of annoying to know that for the several hours a cleaner is there, I also have to be. I'd probably use this service again! But just have realistic expectations of what the process will look like to get you your beautifully cleaned home!
