Visited their store on Tuesday 4/16/19, we were able to grab a parking spot right in front ...... don't forget to feed the meter !!! We were greeted by a very polite & professional young man named Joe B. Aka Kfir B. He introduced himself and after I told him what I'm looking for ( three compartment sink ) he brought me over to show me what he had in stock ........ I did my homework & all the research on sizes & prices so it was very easy for me to decide; Normally I buy all my Stanless direct form a Brooklyn manufacturer however I bought a sink from them last year & I really was not impressed with their over all quality ..... Joe agreed and told me that's why he caries sapphire Name brand sinks the quality is much better & I have to agree .... We bought the sink $ 500.00 58''x 24'' with 18''X 18''X 14'' Compartments with drain baskets included ... ( FYI, I will post a picture after the sink is installed) Love a place where they are not pushy and arrogant & really look to help you.... I asked Joe to price out a grease trap which he gladly did for me and I told him I would get back to him ..... Then Joe brought my sink out & helped me load it in my vehicle... I would definitely recommend Coney Island Restaurant Equipment & would buy from them again ..... Thanks Joe it was pleasure doing business with you & your dad ..... Greg D & family

While at BestBuy it sells for $199.. and Amazon and Nest website itself...so u see where the skepticism came from as to is this real or a scam or a refurbished model? I text the number.. and got a reply message back in a minute and the address of the place. I went there and it's so easy to pass it by unless your looking for it on the side street. I was greeted by the person who runs it (TITU) with a great handshake and a smile..he showed me all the products he also sells and I was amazed that he has other NEST products as well as other electronics. The place isn't a fancy classy joint ..its a quiet laid back office/stock room ..with a shelf full of electronics that they sell. I got the NEST cam and paid and got a receipt with another healthy heartfelt handshake and was promised a guarantee incase anything doesn't meet my satisfaction to come back . Brought the product home.. unpacked it. Got the app for it..hooked it up and ITS EXCELLENT and works exactly as I expected it to. Thanks TITU for great customer service and product. I most DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone trying to save a few bucks .. 2nd REVIEW. Went back a few days later and purchased a JBL EXTREME wireless blue tooth speaker for a very reasonable and fair price and lot cheaper (again) compared to electronic stores and internet. THANKS AGAIN guys!!

Their business model appears to be buying Home Depot returns or something similar, resealing the boxes and selling them as new. I would imagine they do this with all of their products, so beware of anything you buy from them. The two options they gave me were (i) a partial refund, or (ii) take the fan down from my ceiling, dissasemble it, and take it from Westchester to Woodside Queens so they can "sell it to someone else." As you can imagine, neither was a good option as all I wanted were working ceiling fans. They refused to refund my money because they "had to make something on the deal." In other words, they sell defective products but won't issue a full refund unless they can make some money on it or sell it to the next unwitting customer. Even if the boxes look new and they are friendly, buyer beware. They sell defective products.
