So, when I called and scheduled one, I usually expect the worse and hope for the best, but the moment Thomas showed up and knew exactly what to do and what I wanted done, I was pleasantly surprised. The job he did was amazing and my Son is so happy now that his gaming and TV and electronics that are all networked together are working perfectly. As an added bonus, Thomas worked on a networking issue on my computer and all within one hour, he created a great working system. The job was perfect and I delayed this review so I could see how the work fared over time and I'm happy to say that everything is still perfect after a couple of months. I would recommend Thomas to anyone who needs anything electrical done. I plan on having him back soon for more work and I even gave him a little extra payment over what he asked for, because I was so happy with the work. Thanks, Thomas!

Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. I strongly reccomend Immersion Audio, Technoconsious and Tamas Gabor for all your electrical and communications needs.

He not only gave me the best price quote to wall mount a 65-inch TV (w/cables behind the wall) but also quickly provided me with a Certificate of Coverage (COI) that my building required. When I told him I haven't purchased the TV yet, I was pleasantly surprised that he also sold TVs and gave me a great price for the make & model I wanted. His price was much better than what was offered by the brand name online and brick & mortar stores that I researched. I received regular communications and reminders about the appointment date. Mathias and Alejandro arrived on time and were extremely professional. Throughout the process, they asked me questions on my preferred viewing position to recommend best TV placement. They kept me informed on what they are doing throughout the entire install process (including why they chose where on the wall to drill the holes to run the HDMI and power cables). They were able to complete the installation well within the estimated timeframe. They also cleaned everything up and took away the boxes (something I didn't expect but really appreciate). Thank you Will, Mathias and Alejandro!
