After working with him on a TV mounting project, I can see why he's earned those positive reviews, and I'm glad to add to them. I called him to get a quote, and he was super patient, walking me through the process, explaining my options and costs, and really trying to get a handle on my needs. I booked him shortly after, and the process was ridiculously simple on his website. He was in constant communication over email, and we confirmed what we spoke about on the phone. He quoted me prices for materials, and gave me detailed descriptions, so I could see the prices he was charging me were standard retail - no professional markup. He understood that I wasn't 100% of some of the services I was asking for, and needed to see the options in person. When he got here, he was respectful of our asks around distancing and masking. He put shoe covers on on his own accord, which was a nice touch. The job he did was fantastic, and he noticed there was something wonky with my coax wall plate, and he fixed it for me, unasked. He wants his work to look good, which means my place looks good. Real professional, courteous, efficient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I wanted to be sure I hired someone who was familiar with how to work with this particular model, as there's nothing that ruins your day like your expensive purchase of the year getting wrecked. I'm not Miss Moneybags, at least not yet, so I had to be discerning. After I went through the very easy process of messaging a number of vendors via Yelp's Request a Quote feature, I received numerous responses within minutes, but Mike's response stood out. He wasn't offering the lowest price, but his message was friendly, pricing was transparent, and he specifically called out the unique nature of the Samsung Frame TV. His website featured a photo of another Frame TV he successfully installed. I was sold. Mike was so professional-- he showed up right on time, put on shoe covers, and he and I stayed masked the entire time he went to work. He was very thorough about making sure he set it up at just the height I wanted, even asking me to consider the other framed pieces of art I told him I planned to hang around the TV. He was done in about an hour. He even offered to cover the thin transparent wire that connects the TV to the "guts" of the device with a discreet piece of plastic that would protect the delicate wire and blend in with the wall. I hesitated, thinking it wasn't necessary, but I'm glad I went ahead with it because the whole effect is cleaner. He didn't even charge me for this. He left the place completely clean and even offered to take the box the TV came in outside. What a gem. TV looks great!

It takes two dozen screws to install - drilled into concrete. First, he took our money to make the order with a markup (fine). Then, "the wrong barrier came in and I'm waiting for a replacement". Next, "the barrier was in and he was going to schedule". Next, "the package with the barrier was stolen". He's never shown up, he took our money, he hasn't returned it. He's a horrible, horrible, incompetent crook. If you use him/them you'll be very sorry.

The entire work was reasonably priced and am delighted with the results - we now have an awesome TV setup with beautiful Sonos sound. The guys installing were helpful and and did a thorough job. After they finished I noticed one thermostat wasn't working properly and Tom got them back the next morning to fix (minor wiring issue).
