Owner is very hostile and unprofessional. I was verbally attacked over the phone, when I called about a vehicle they towed. I was extremely nice in asking, but was immediately met with his hostility as an answer. The owner aggressively yelled at me for nearly two minutes about not parking where they pulled the car, which left me shaken and emotionally distraught. I was at work at the time, and was just trying to understand what was going on. He had eventually calmed down after some back and forth. I myself, was still emotionally scarred but able to get the address (which wasn't even his tow lot...it was at a repair shop) to pick up the car. The guys at the shop were the only nice ones out of the ordeal. They were kind and not aggressive like the owner was. This isnt the 1st occurrence of his hostility. When the leasing office 1st hired his company, we had no notice, and they stickered everyone's car for towing. We (the tenants) had no clue what was going on, so we called the number on the sticker (which was marked WRONG...they checked "fire zone" as a reason why, when "unauthorized parking" was clearly available)...and he was rude then. It needs to be known, that this man gets upset and can't control his temper, when residents or any civilian for that matter call about their vehicle that his company towed. read more
