This company is a crook! Our salesman Rugby came by and we explicitly asked for blinds without…read morecords or wands or anything that hangs. Initially we were wanting cellular shades because of the clean look and pull down feature, but Rugby steered us in the roller shades direction verbally claiming they were less expensive and all pull down (as in a plastic tab in the bottom center of the blind) as well. What we recieved has long 48" chains that bolt to the lower part of the window sill - definitely not what we clearly communicated we wanted or what we thought we were getting! There was no mention of cords when Rugby was here, and he was in such a rush to get to his next appointment he left without giving us a paper quote or reviewing it. Janis from the company emailed us one a few days later, and we quickly glanced the top part of it over (bear in mind we'd just moved in from 1500 miles away) and didn't catch that it had "corded" at the end for all the bedrooms with the dual shades (blackout and light filtering). That part is our bad, but it never should have even been there in the first place because we were very clear about our expectations when the salesman was here, we even clarified and were verbally told the dual rollers were cordless and had the pull tab in the bottom center, otherwise we would've gone with cellular as originally planned. Point: what we asked for/told we were getting and what was written in the quite and delievered are 2 different things! Now the company is trying to claim "tough luck, should've read the quote thoroughly"...all we want is our 50% deposit ($2500) back and we will take our business elsewhere since they won't fix this (there is no fix, we wanted no cords or wands!). Ive never dealt with a company that pulls this BS after making us wait 4 weeks to get the blinds in and doesn't put the customers customer's satisfaction as #1!!! Take your business elsewhere.
