I've been going to this pain management clinic for about 8 months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They mixed up my medical record with another patient's, and I've been treated unfairly ever since. Even after passing two urine drug tests and doing everything they asked, I'm still judged and not taken seriously. My spinal disc is completely deteriorated, and I'm scheduled for spinal fusion surgery on January 29th, yet they insist on prescribing only one 5 mg pill a day, which does nothing for my pain. I've told them repeatedly, and nothing is ever adjusted. There have been multiple times where they refused to answer the phone, ignored refill requests, or didn't fill my medication at all. They even started me on a new medication but gave me only ten pills and then left me unsure if they'd ever refill it. I'm honestly scared to take anything they prescribe because I don't know if they will handle it correctly. This clinic has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and frustration during a time when I should be getting proper medical care. I hope they take these issues seriously and make major improvements.

After three months with no improvement--and after trying everything from YouTube massages and facial exercises to multiple visits with neurologists who told me to simply "wait and heal". I was desperate for progress. Skeptical but hopeful, I turned to acupuncture. During my initial consultation, Henry took the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, including his experience treating other patients with Bell's Palsy. His confidence and knowledge gave me the reassurance I needed, and I committed to a 10-session plan. While I didn't notice major changes in the first few sessions, my family began to see subtle improvements after the third. Personally, I began noticing real progress around the fifth session. By the end of my first 10 sessions about five weeks in--I'd say I was roughly 50% recovered. Encouraged by the results, I signed up for another 10 sessions. Today, I completed my 20th session, and I'm thrilled to say I'm about 80% recovered. At this point, only I can tell that I ever had Bell's Palsy. I can't speak highly enough of Henry and his team. They are professional, compassionate, flexible with scheduling, and truly attentive to individual needs. Henry not only focused on my Bell's Palsy but also addressed other injuries I sustained in the accident. The environment he's created is calm and restorative. I often used the sessions as a chance to take much-needed afternoon naps. Acupuncture with Henry has been a transformative part of my recovery journey. I'm beyond grateful.

Found…read morethe treatment room not overly pleasant, with bright florescent lights that would be abruptly switched on after treatment(a table lamp, please). My sleep improved after the first session, but after the remaining 4 sessions I felt the treatment was quite impersonal. A simple tongue from Dr Gong, "improving" but not asking me how I was or how I felt. Have had several acupuncture over the years but never the harsh, double taps on the needle that would leave me bleeding in many points and even needed to "heal" from over several days. And there was a big push for me to buy the tea..when asked told it was for "digestion" though I have no digestion issues. Not told what was in the tea, I resisted buying it, but was given some pressure each time. Lastly, not having Dr Gong take out the needles for a quick, final check in, but her front desk person taking out the needles...just added to the impersonal, assembly line feel. Think there is much better out there

I was unexpectedly charged $34 for a tea that came in an already-opened medicine type bottle. When I asked about it, the person at the desk couldn't explain the product or charge but had already processed it before I could dispute it. The product looked like it had been partially used, and there was a sticker placed over the original label. After peeling it off, I found the exact same product online for $14 less--brand new and unopened. This felt unprofessional and left me with a poor impression of the business.
