That's good to know and thanks for notifying me, but if you are so incompetent (or cynical) that you know beforehand you have a faulty website with your name on it and you don't fix it, I'm not going to take a chance scheduling my *MEDICAL CARE* with you. Thanks but no thanks. Didn't bother calling back. But that's not the end of it. Woman calls me again the day before my fake "appointment" and leaves a message and says, "I tried leaving you multiple messages. You need to call me back and reschedule." Multiple messages? No you didn't, but if you can't take a hint, now I'm ticked off enough to shoot an email back. I type it up and send to the address on the website. THE EMAIL ADDRESS BOUNCED. Now I'm pissed enough to call and tell you what I think. I call and I go through my complaints and she has the gall to respond, "We have nothing to do with that website." Doctor will not pay you $60 for being late. They should only take 1 patient per hour per doctor. Doctor ordered MRI for my knee I took the MRI. For the next follow up appointment, he was not aware of MRI and I had to ask him to review my MRI twice. He walked out the room to review MRI and came back in 30 minutes and says it's not too bad.

I came in wearing a splint I had been prescribed by my orthopedic doctor that was covered by my insurance . Dr. Das had a preference for his own splint, saying it would be better. He put it on me in the examination room and had me wear it to the checkout desk. At that time I was charged $81.19. Why would he put a brace on me and not tell me insurance didn't cover it and not tell me a price before he had me wear it.? I felt embarrassed and tricked. Because he told me it was going to be so much better than the orthopedist's brace and my embarrassment, I paid for it. I am on Medicare and a fixed income, This felt very wrong and predatory. After wearing it home, I kept having to adjust the brace, because it didn't stay in place. It did not keep my hand and wrist stabilized. The advantage sold to me was the open area between bars would keep the brace from rubbing over my injury. Instead, it wouldn't stay in place and the bar would ride right on top of my injury. At my follow up appointment, I told the doctor the problem with his brace and that I had been using my orthopedic brace since I had seen him last. He offered no compensation nor discussion. At the checkout desk I told his nurse of the problem and she said she would put in for a refund through the manufacturer. It could take up to 30 days. I have called Dr. Das's office every month for four months now and they tell me they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I'm not going to ever see a refund. Dr Das never should have pushed his wrist brace on me without see if my insurance would pay for it. The brace I was wearing worked perfectly. Because, the brace from my orthopedist was covered I assumed this one was as well and I let him put it on me. It looked like a good design. I felt duped and preyed upon when I had to pay the $81.19, but I trusted that at least it would be more comfortable. Instead, it did not function as it should have. Again, it twisted and would not stay in place. I never needed a new brace in the first place. He was just working for the Medical manufacturer, pushing their product that was completely unnecessary. I would tell anyone who's thinking of going to him to find another doctor. This one is just out to make a buck at your expense.,This took a big chunk out of my budget in a fixed income.

Doctor Bridges show me the injury on the X-rays and explained clearly my treatment options. We made an appointment for surgery between Christmas and New Year at Memorial Herman Surgery Center on Kingsland. Amanda, her surgery coordinator even found me an appointment in an urgent care facility to get a surgery clearance since my doctor office was closed for the holidays and many medical facilities overbooked with people seeking Covid testing for holiday travel. Doctor Bridges operated on me on December 28th. She came to see me before surgery to explain everything and gave me reinsurance. She is so sweet and comforting. Few days after surgery I had some nerve pain. She had given me her cellular phone number so I was able to contact her easily. She send quickly a prescription to my pharmacy. During the follow up visits to change the dressing, the nurses were friendly, caring and gentle. They took X-rays at every visit to assess the healing process. The doctor explained thoroughly what to expect, gave a time frame on expected progress and answered all my questions. I am now waddling in my walking boot and mending well. This doctor is going above and beyond for her patients. I am very thankful for her outstanding care! My tip: Do not go anywhere else!
