From the very first interaction to the completion of the project, his kindness, expertise, and efficiency, left a great impression. We hired him to install brick to an exterior wall on our house. A previous company had totally botched the job and we needed someone to fix it asap. Marcos' work was executed with precision and attention to detail. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. He was very responsive, punctual, and overall a great listener/communicator. He was able to quickly understand our needs and he had affordable solutions ready to go. We've hired him for a couple projects since the brickwork. There doesn't seem to be anything he can't do. Prices are fair and he's been willing to break projects down for us to make them more manageable. Marcos and his crew are very respectful and personable. 10/10 would recommend!

I wish I had better photo's to share of the before but I think you get the idea. He had an open line of communication, and was quick to fix/discuss any concerns that came about promptly and without hesitation. Very easy to work with and his pricing I felt was extremely competitive to the quotes I got. Weather was also a severe problem with this project but Prime Coast Construction worked whenever they could, even it was on weekends to take advantage of the weather when we could. Hugo and his team from Affordable Construction LLC have just completed extensive work on our house,…read moreincluding repairing the siding and fascia, replacing some trim, painting the exterior in three colors, and rebuilding our front steps. Hugo was very knowledgeable about a wide variety of construction, repair, and maintenance issues. He was easy to talk to and patient with our questions and suggestions, and he carefully explained the reasoning behind his recommendations. He provided a detailed written estimate at a reasonable price, and there were no surprises later. Hugo kept us well informed about when the crew would be here, supervised his team closely, and did many of the more difficult tasks himself. The entire team was friendly, took pride in their work, and put in extra time and effort to make sure every task was done properly. They also cleaned up the work area at the end of every workday. We were very pleased with their work from start to finish and would highly recommend Affordable Construction LLC to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality construction and repair work.

It was a very difficult job to handle, and they were AMAZING and exceeded our expectations. Our house has extremely high outside walls, and the siding was getting so weathered that holes were forming, along with some other issues. We were so happy with them that we again hired them in 2024 - this time to paint our entire house and update/fix areas as necessary. Again, they exceeded our expectations. There really doesn't seem to be anything they can't handle when it comes to construction and home improvement. It is so hard to find reliable help in these areas, but we will never need to search elsewhere, because we will always use Affordable Construction from here on out. Just ask for Hugo. This company is amazing.

Due to the death of his mother, he rescheduled to do the work on Aug, 20th, 21st, and finish on the 22nd. I called him on Aug. 18th to confirm, he told me he couldn't do it on that weekend. So we rescheduled again, BIG mistake. Now mind you he signed a contract to do the work. I have got the run around and excuse after excuse. I finally asked for my deposit back, he told me he would give it to me after he was getting paid from another job. That was a lie, my deposit has not been given back as of 8/28/21. I realize now that Paul is not a honest person with no integrity. One more very important fact is his license was suspended April 1, 2021. This I did not know at the time and he falsely represented himself. BEWARE
