The receptionist was SO unbelievably sweet and got me checked in quickly. Plus, the location looked very new and clean! My waxer, Chante, was amazing! It didn't feel like a rush job like most of these place do but instead she was clearly very detailed and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed how they recommended products but didn't shove them down my throat. I know they have a job to try to get us to buy all kinds of things but these ladies gave me info and let me make my own decision. Other EWC locations had me running out of the door because it was like they wouldn't take no thank you for an answer. I will say, because of how happy I was with the service and the people, I did end up buying a product and will likely be back to this location.

Wish that hadn't have happened. Great prices and can't speak highly enough of how comfy the salon is. Mengi took such great care of me and wrapped me in a blanket while she did my lashes. The beds are SO COMFY. I felt like a queen. Pretty and calming classical music played while I laid there and I was in so much comfort I fell asleep. I felt so taken care of. I'm honored to have received such treatment. If the lashes hadn't fallen out the next day I would've given a full five stars.

5 stars for an absolutely relaxing experience. Needed to get my brows done and saw this place…read moredecided to see if they had any opening and lucky me they did. I was greeted by the most relaxing music and the ambiance was just so very peaceful. After a brief conversation and filling out a consent form I was escorted to my treatment room. They use a hard wax and it took me by surprise, it's applied and feels just like regular wax but as fast as it was applied it was removed and it surprised me as I am used to getting a piece of paper rubbed on top of the wax before they can remove the unwanted hairs. It was explained to me that it's a hard wax and it doesn't need the paper to be removed they just quickly lift a corner and off it goes and I do have to say it's actually less painful to me than the other way of wax and paper. I honestly can't remember a time when I relaxed during an eyebrow wax but this place does it all perfectly allowing this exhausted mom to relax during this quick service. Thank you! I will absolutely be back again.

I did a body treatment with a scalp enhancement as recommended because of my migraines. It was amazing that I'm not sure of the right words to describe my experience. The lavender and verveen aromas were very nice; however, that face massage with the hot and cold stones was unlike anything else I've ever experienced. The scalp treatment was amazing in its own right because I had been battling migraines for the past several days and this treatment made-it go away. I haven't had this kind of relief from a migraine this quickly ever. The body treatment itself was so nice because I was wrapped up and warm and at one point I almost fell asleep. It is hard not to fall asleep with the dry body body brushing then a thick moisturizer. Then Alex did my face and scalp massage. Then she massaged my feet before I turned over again to do the requested deep tissue on my upper back and shoulders because that's where my problem area. The locker room is very nice too because I have a locker robe and sandals plus there are showers and a steam room that's accessible in the women's locker room. The showers are nice and hot and the spa uses their own brand of shampoo conditioner and body wash. It's like Lavender Fields surrounding me the entire time I was in the spa. It was very relaxing and I didn't want to leave. The relaxation Lounge has to be my favorite so far because it really allows you to disconnect from the outside and just let you relax. I really enjoyed the dried fruit and the Citrus water that is provided as part of their refreshments. I did not try the hot tea but I will next time. All in all this is not like any other Spa I have ever visited before. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left to go relax by the pool.
