I don't recommend these guys at all. the don't respect or care about their clients…read more They gave me appointment at 1:00 pm and I took 5 hours off that day from work for the house cleaning. I communicated with them when nobody showed up through yelp messages and Amelia told me they are still cleaning another house and will be late and be patient. someone called me and said she is coming in 30 minutes. 1:30 pm no one came to my house ( I was watching my cameras too) , I called the phone number they called me, no body answered and I left a message, I thought she might be driving. Until 2:00 pm no one showed up. I contacted Amelia again by messages, she said someone came to my house and called my phone and left a voice mail, then she left. I found a voicemail message from unknown caller without call back number. why she didn't knock or ring my bell is she came to my house. That is very in respectful. then I put a bad review on yelp. Amelia sent me a message threatening me she will mark me as a fraud. I attached a screenshots from my conversation with her.

I don't have people over. It is just me. I still miss it so much as it was so very precious to me. Too, they put the commode lids up, left them up and it was very dirty behind the lids. The bath tub was left unclean. But by golly the floors were clean and my little duck was gone. She brought me to my sink window and pointed out she had rearranged it but I didn't notice the little duck was gone. Another thing I didn't like was they opened my front door and left it open when I have a cat that could have gotten out. For the amount of $$ they charged I feel totally ripped off.

The key thing is I love how communicative Randy and the team are, they send photos of anything they find (which is really nice in move-out situations, since you might not go back to the unit). And provide status updates, what time they enter and leave. Also very accommodating, responsive on the phone for any questions or requests. And highlighting the value, I feel is very worth, to pay a reasonable price to erase the worries of move-out cleaning, when moving can already be a stressful event.

I happened to be there when they showed up bc I was checking in on my electrician and the work he was doing. I was getting ready to head back out to run errands. The cleaning itself was subpar. I was out running errands the last hour they were there so when I got back and they were sitting on the porch waiting for me I felt really bad! Luckily they were only out there for a couple of minutes. I went in to check out the house which sadly had me disappointed. The floors didn't look like they had been mopped, the glass on the back doors weren't cleaned at all. The windows in the living room weren't clean. I tell them and they get back to work. I go back in to look at the house again after they were done and some of the windows still weren't clean! There were also some areas on the floor that looked like it still wasn't touched. So I tell them again. The upper parts of the window still weren't clean and the glass on the door weren't as clean but at that point I was over it and told them it was fine. I ended up cleaning it myself. I won't be using them again.
