I needed someone fluent in English who could do more than just clean; someone who could be my eyes and ears in the home. Paty has now worked with us for over 8 years and has helped care for as many as 12 homes at one time as our business grew. She is consistent, dependable, and extremely thorough. Paty takes pride in her work and stands behind it personally. She is proactive and always lets us know if she notices anything that needs attention, such as leaks under sinks, loose fixtures, burned-out light bulbs, or maintenance concerns. I saw her work at two separate Airbnb's we stayed at & was given her info with glowing recommendations. Patty is very thorough. She moves the dog crate to get to the hair & dust bunnies. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone! They promptly got a number back to us, scheduled a date and that was it. I just arrived home and the house is SPOTLESS. After having a new baby in the home for a year things start to slip through the cracks. With baby two just two weeks away we feel MUCH better about the cleanliness of our home and it FEELS AMAZING. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Probably won't pursue anything further here.

I happened to be there when they showed up bc I was checking in on my electrician and the work he was doing. I was getting ready to head back out to run errands. The cleaning itself was subpar. I was out running errands the last hour they were there so when I got back and they were sitting on the porch waiting for me I felt really bad! Luckily they were only out there for a couple of minutes. I went in to check out the house which sadly had me disappointed. The floors didn't look like they had been mopped, the glass on the back doors weren't cleaned at all. The windows in the living room weren't clean. I tell them and they get back to work. I go back in to look at the house again after they were done and some of the windows still weren't clean! There were also some areas on the floor that looked like it still wasn't touched. So I tell them again. The upper parts of the window still weren't clean and the glass on the door weren't as clean but at that point I was over it and told them it was fine. I ended up cleaning it myself. I won't be using them again.
