Place has improved dramatically since my last visit. They're the only place with the lymphatic gel. I searched every where for that stuff

There aren't many ITL Houston spas--that aren't ridiculously priced--with an outdoor pool, hot tub,…read moreand sauna. Blossom Massage has all those, and has been around for a decade-plus with a great reputation. Dunno WHAT took me so long to check them out, but I recently bought a couples massage (which included all-day pool access) as a Christmas gift for my beau. We planned on getting there an hour before our massage to enjoy the hot tub (they requested that we call ahead to let them know and get the heat going). Our massage started promptly on time, and we both opted for deep tissue. I had Deanne, who specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage (according to her bio on the website)... and let me say she has some STRONG hands. She found all my tension and pain-points and loosened me up. I was honestly a bit sore for days, but in a good way. A great reminder I need to take care of my body post workouts and after long days at the desk... My biggest feedback for them would be to have more info on their website about the pool access and what's offered (towels, robes) and how long we have pool access (it's all day, btw). Before booking, I had to call to get that info; it's be more convenient to add all of that info to their FAQ page. They also allow you to bring snackies, so I brought a fruit, cheese, and tinned fish spread. Also, wondering if they had hot tea service. That's always a nice touch post-massage. Looking forward to booking again!

The message therapist had no clue what she was doing, the cups kept falling off on the floor. She abandoned cupping altogether and started an extremely deep tissue upper back massage because I was "very tense." The cups didn't stay on my body more than 45 seconds, and not more than 2 at one time. This woman was completely ignorant of the technique- it would have been better if they just said they didn't have the availability. I am really have a hard time believing she was a certified massage therapist. Trying not to be mean I just wrapped up the massage and proceeded straight to the front. I don't see any certificates and I don't want to be rude to ask - but I'm never coming back so it doesn't matter. I had been here a few times and that made it may last. The problem is: I'm more sore TODAY than I was going in. And down I have a headache from the deep tissue mess she was going in my traps. I play tennis the morning and life must go on but she did more damage than good. Never, ever going back. There are so many places in Houston to get cupping therapy, this was a joke!

I fell asleep a couple times and definitely woke myself up snoring LOL!! Everything about this felt like a five-star, red carpet experience!! From the hot towels on my face and arms to the gentle massage, just all of it. Super relaxing but still very intentional. What I really loved is that they don't just go through the motions. Han actually took time to explain scalp health, how to better care for my hair and how different conditions can affect your scalp. It felt both spa-like and educational. Also, they use Korean and Japanese products, which I personally loved. You can tell they really care about what they're doing. I thoroughly enjoyed this and will 100% be back.

What I noticed first was how well maintained and clean both the building the business is located in, as well as the PH spa unit is kept. There is a specially designed head spa table that is used that is highly functional and comfortable. Hong is very knowledgeable and made sure to do a thorough analysis of my daughter's scalp prior to beginning her treatment. To prevent my daughter from getting her shirt wet, Hong provided a special towel to wear instead of her shirt. After lying down, she offered my daughter a lavender scented or unscented eye mask to further the relaxation during treatment. She then began a series of treatments including the use of special brushes to massage the scalp, removing dead skin cells. That was followed by the use of a hair steam treatment, and a neck and arm massage was provided during that time. The treatment was completed with some heat damage prevention products prior to her blow drying. I loved how personable, knowledgeable, and professional the treatment went. We will definitely be back.

It was a knock-off called Agua Bella. Instead of three steps it was two. Looking at my skin and seeing no difference at all is frustrating. I feel cheated out of my money because of the deceptive advertising. I give this place three stars because of that. The ladies were nice and the place was fine other than that but overall I would not recommend getting a hydrafacial here since it is not the official Hydrafacial machine/brand.

All of the aestheticians are wearing masks, and during the facial she wore a shield and gloves as well- I felt safe. The facial was heavenly! And my aesthetician was super sweet and easy to talk to. I raved about my experience to a few friends, and one of them already came in and got her facial done and loved it as well! I can't wait for my next one. This place is truly a gem! With any booking you are granted access to the premises from 8am to 7pm. It's better to go early during the week because they say it gets busy on the weekends. I honestly went on Monday and I'm thankful that I did. Things that are complimentary are: access to lockers, showers, steam room, jacuzzi, cooling pool, and out jacuzzis. Plus there are lounging spots upstairs where the massages take place. They also give complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, cookies, and trail mix. Plus refreshing infused water. I pre booked a 50 min trellis massage. Kendal gave the best massage I ever had, I swear! Although I will say there is definitely discrepancy with time as they add in them walking you to the room, pre conversation, undressing, all of that into it. So ultimately it can vary from 35-40 mins which is a bit meh for the cost of $200 + 23% mandatory gratuity (not including tip). I most definitely would come back for another massage with Kendal. Yet if you're coming solo bring headphones because sometimes there will be couples or groups talking in the inside cooling pool area and it can sound quite loud since it's closed in.

The services themselves were excellent. Unfortunately, as we were leaving, I realized I had accidentally left my charm bracelets in the left pocket of my robe. I immediately drove back to the spa, hoping they could be recovered. I was told the laundry had already been taken to another area of the spa and that I would have to wait. Security and several staff members were made aware that my jewelry was missing. Since then, I have been the one calling every day to check for updates. No one has reached out to me proactively, and each time I'm simply told that nothing has been found. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication, urgency, and empathy throughout this process. While I understand that forgetting my jewelry was my mistake, I expected much better customer service from a luxury spa. No one has offered any form of compensation, refund, or even a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused. I hope Trellis Spa takes situations like this more seriously in the future by improving communication and showing greater care for guests when issues arise. Great service isn't just about the treatments --it's also about how customers are treated when something goes wrong.
