I booked the 60min signature hydrafacial and the esthetician was welcoming and willingly customized my facial based on my requests. No major issues encountered but I noticed we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I thought marketing it as a 60min experience was a bit misleading. Also note the 60min Signature Hydrafacial does not include any hand/neck massages nor boosters nor light therapy so the $285 price was much more expensive than my usual spa. I will not return for another facial but may try massage in the future. We also booked pedicures and again the space is beautiful!! We were given a palette to select colors and the ladies were extremely friendly! My toes came out adorable! I found the seating to be very uncomfortable for a short person despite many pillows placed behind me for support so I honestly struggled to enjoy the experience but the space was very nicely decorated and clean looking. I told him I took my last pill of one of my medications the night before & that I was about to run out of my other one. He told me he'd call in a courtesy refill to last me until my next appointment in June. I noticed nothing was called into my pharmacy the following day and called to follow up. He told me he wouldn't call in a refill, because I need an appointment and labs first. No in-person appointments are available until June, but he had already made an appointment for me in June. Further, my lab appointment was scheduled for Monday, but I will cancel that because I have not taken my medicine in 3 days, so I don't think my labs will be reliable. I have no idea what this receptionist's background is, but he does not have good judgement and is also not familiar with what it feels like to have hormone fluctuations. I asked him if it's safe to stop the medicine I ran out of cold turkey, but he made no attempt to answer my question with the help of a knowledgeable nurse or medical assistant. As a former medical professional with experience dealing with doctors and their staff for decades, I have never dealt with office staff like this. I believe people like him will continue to be one of the reasons Dr. Hutton loses customers. I will not return to a practice that treats its patients with total disregard. In addition, the office is located upstairs in a tiny strip mall with limited parking. So, if you choose to see Dr. Hutton, give yourself extra time to find parking and walk to her office.
