DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more After six weeks of waiting with virtually no progress, we ended up having to do most of the digging and prep work ourselves. Instead of providing solutions, they repeatedly canceled, delayed, or gave excuses--everything from staff call-outs to vague scheduling issues. Meanwhile, we were left with a home that was unlivable due to having no running water and a non-functioning sewer. No family should be put in that position, and no reputable company should treat customers this way. For those wondering how we approached the situation: we were extremely patient and courteous throughout, giving them every opportunity to make things right. After more than a month of this, we finally called a different company. They arrived the same day and fixed the problem promptly. Our home is livable again--but certainly NOT thanks to Losch. I'm sharing this so others can avoid the stress, delays, and complete lack of professionalism that we experienced.

Harach Construction promises you the world before you sign the contract. They set the contract up…read morethat 90% is due very quickly with no completion of certain items it's just by time. I hired them to complete a 2 bedroom apartment renovation. This has been the worst experience by far I've had dealing with any construction group. Zero attention to detail. Now Harach is trying to get out of installing hardware on kitchen cabinets/ installing appliances. There was a water leak that was to be addressed in the beginning of the project didn't get attempted up until the last 2 days of being on the job. See the pictures of the water in the closet on the wood. They drywalled and insulated/ put flooring down without addressing the leak. Which still has water in the basement and Ron the project manager is taking no accountability. Instead of shimming the drywall by the cabinets, they just installed a wood trim piece. Blaming the building being old and out of square. When they did the painting they painted over the hdmi connections for the wall mounted tv rather than taping them off. There is multiple paint/ drywall imperfections. Added on flooring as a change order which had to be paid for right away. Turned out poorly. Flooring is unlevel I asked about using floor lever etc but all of my concerns went dismissed. The flooring was layed in two different directions with unneeded transition strips at the door ways. I asked Ron to fix this when they started and he said he will get back to me. He never did. The flooring is now lifting in spots especially at the stairs it's lifting/ buckling up. Harach installed an access panel for the shower that wasn't accessible. I questioned this and they installed a small access panel in the big panel. Looks terrible Harach installed the toilet paper holder on the wall behind the toilet. Instead of the agreed upon vanity to the side of the toilet. Now want to charge me extra to fix this mistake. They ripped the door seal on brand new entry door. There fix was to put a new seal on it that gets screwed into the bottom of the door. Now ruining a brand new decorative door. I was informed by Ron they were done, when I did a brief walkthrough I noticed multiple interior doors were rubbing/ hitting the frames. I messaged Patrick the owner about these concerns. He never responded. Ron followed up and had these issues addressed. I also mentioned about a kitchen cabinet door that doesn't close properly. Ron had the problem corrected and followed up with they will be billing me for it. There were suppose to be 7 interior doors installed. They installed 6 when I questioned Ron on this mistake he said there was only suppose to be 6. However in the contract there is 7. Ron wants to charge me extra to put in the 7th interior door in for the closet in the hallway- See attatched picture. Tried talking to the Patrick again about these issues no response from him but Ron the project manager messages me and comes up with excuses for everything. When I questioned Ron on the extra cabinets being damaged and out of the boxes now unreturnable. A heater mounted below an outlet had to be corrected at my expense with an undersized heater now for the living room since they cut the wires short. Ron responded with he can't babysit his guys and it's a jobsite things will get damaged. A coffee can of quarts went missing, when I told Ron about this he said he will talk to the guys and take care of it. There has been no update about this since near the beginning of the job. The plumbing took the crew longer than expected and now they are charging me extra for time attempting to repair it/ replace it. Just an FYI they are not certified plumbers. After they told me they were completed I tested the water to find a water leak at a clean out fitting. Approximate value of the job $45k Don't be fooled by the salesman, promising you he's giving you a deal. You will truly regret it.
