Cons: Animals in walls, dishonest office staff, mediocre maintenance (refrigerator door put on upside down after refrigerator went out and had to get a new one). Not all electronics work in apt (thermostat, intercom), sliding door didn't lock and wasn't fixed. Our apartment had animals in the walls which made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. One night an animal started eating through the drywall in our bedroom and was sticking its paws out into the room. I called the emergency maintenance line and no one ever answered my call. Had to barricade the bedroom door so when the animal broke through it wouldn't be free in the apartment. Went to the office the next day and they offered to put poison in the wall, but didn't care that there would be a smell of dead animals in the walls. Poison was sprinkled in one wall and the animals kept coming back. 8 subsequent calls were made over 4 months time and we were told they would think about fixes, but nothing was ever done. POOR customer service.

They always offer a friend smile and wave. The office staff are excellent as well. The girls in the office are always very friendly and polite! They take the extra time to get to know their residents and always remember the small details. Cypress is also undergoing renovations. We stopped by to see one during their open house and it was AMAZING! We will be looking into transferring into a renovated unit when our lease comes up for renewal. Overall great place to live. So happy to call Cypress Pointe home!
