They take the extra time to get to know their residents and always remember the small details. Cypress is also undergoing renovations. We stopped by to see one during their open house and it was AMAZING! We will be looking into transferring into a renovated unit when our lease comes up for renewal. Overall great place to live. A a proper walk-through was not encouraged, which now feels like an intentional move to avoid accountability. Do yourself a favor -- don't waste your time or money living here. Currently she is falsely accusing me of not letting an old man into the building at 3 AM when he was locked out when the truth is I didn't know he was locked out IF he was. I think it was a false claim of his to cover up him harassing me in the middle of the night. At 3 AM, the man started pounding ferociously on my bedroom window which is behind bushes and yelling about something and I did not know what it was. Based on things that have happened and been done and said by him in the past, I was not okay with him pounding on my window like that and yelling in the wee hours of the morning, nor was I okay with having any type of confrontation with him at that hour without witnesses around. The property manager in the office is toxic and the guy who was pounding on my window very obnoxiously and loudly is not a nice guy. Laura is already judging the matter as if she has it all figured out without hearing my side of the story even once and she was even swearing at me because I called the police due to being scared. She badgered me and called me a swear word for calling the police which everybody has a right to do whenever they are afraid and I was afraid at the moment. I want her to know that I will call the police again and again and again and again and as many times as I need to and I will also file as many reports as I need to about anything and she will never stop me by calling me names or harassing me in any other way and that lady needs to shut her yap when she has not heard the whole story.
