They are always very quick to take care of any issues that arise. You can tell they take great pride in their property, always keeping the grounds in great condition. They always offer a friend smile and wave. The office staff are excellent as well. The girls in the office are always very friendly and polite! They take the extra time to get to know their residents and always remember the small details. Cypress is also undergoing renovations. We stopped by to see one during their open house and it was AMAZING! We will be looking into transferring into a renovated unit when our lease comes up for renewal. Overall great place to live. A a proper walk-through was not encouraged, which now feels like an intentional move to avoid accountability. Do yourself a favor -- don't waste your time or money living here.
