Cons: Animals in walls, dishonest office staff, mediocre maintenance (refrigerator door put on upside down after refrigerator went out and had to get a new one). Not all electronics work in apt (thermostat, intercom), sliding door didn't lock and wasn't fixed. Our apartment had animals in the walls which made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. One night an animal started eating through the drywall in our bedroom and was sticking its paws out into the room. I called the emergency maintenance line and no one ever answered my call. Had to barricade the bedroom door so when the animal broke through it wouldn't be free in the apartment. Went to the office the next day and they offered to put poison in the wall, but didn't care that there would be a smell of dead animals in the walls. Poison was sprinkled in one wall and the animals kept coming back. 8 subsequent calls were made over 4 months time and we were told they would think about fixes, but nothing was ever done. POOR customer service.

When we called them they asked us what day we would like to move in and at that point we said we wanted the application money back which was the 350 dollars ( they told us it was refundable if we didn't get approved or 24 hours after we got approved) that we could no longer get the money back due to there policy. They lied and said they tried contacting us and that we received an email which we did not. We got a hold of Simon the same guy we told all our information about (leasing information, move in dates) said they we never told him anything and that our application was still being processed by the property manager. Still not knowing if we were approved. We told Simon we wanted the money back and he told us the property manager would contact us the next day. It's been 3 days and no one has reached out we have called 20 times and they will not answer the phone. I've left an email and they failed to respond. No one here wants to help anyone the only person who was helpful got fired. Would not recommend.
