After spending 3 hours in store on 9/22/2026, I came on in to buy a BowFlex T9 trwadmill, paid for…read morea BowFlex T9 trwadmill, tripled checked with the staff team along with a picture and in-store listed price tag of the Bowflex T 9 treadmill specifically but somehow I was still given a BowFlex T6 treadmill. That is a $500 difference. The BowFlex T9 treadmill was listed for $1399.98 in store and online which the store did not update their systems to portray that price tag and tried selling it to me for $1499.99 MSRP. Not only did I have to tell the cashier about their own discount but I had to find the manager to ask them to reduce the price to the listed price of $1399.98. After the BowFlex T6 treadmill was loaded into my truck and I had made the trip home, that's when I realized it was a BowFlex T6 treadmill and NOT the BowFlex T9 treadmill once I had already arrived home. After calling Dick's customer service and explained the situation: a) we had to make the hour drive back to the store, b) wait another 45 minutes to get the correct and PAID BowFlex T9 treadmill into the bed of my truck, c) since they were short staff, my family and I had to help load our own BowFlex T9 treadmill after the mistake was caused by Dick's sporting good's employees, d) with the gas price increase per gallon they only offered us 15% discount for the hassle which DOES NOT justify the 2 hour drive there and back and I had to ask for a 20% discount instead but was really given 14.3% because I had to pay 5.7% to get it back to the promotion listed price, e) when refunding the amount back, they removed the original promotion of $1399.98 and charged use $1499.99 with a 20% discount which is outrageous because we did not go into the store to buy it for $1499.99 but for $1399.98 so we had to cough up the promotion cost ourselves which is completely wrong, f) by the time we actually got the device loaded in my truck, it was already 8:45 pm which is 15 minutes from closing when I should already be home and assembling the treadmill, g) why did they remove the original promotion off and charge me MSRP price after it was the EMPLOYEE'S MISTAKE that caused all of this. Dick's sporting good has officially lost a customer forever especially because that was my first ever big purchase as Dick's sporting good. They employees down played the severity of the situation because the BowFlex T6 treadmill was on sale for $999.99 online and in-store while the treadmill that I actually bought, the BowFlex T9, was listed for $1399.98 which is a $400 difference not including the labor and gas cost go to and back to the store. This action is very scummy of the company and 100% will NOT be receiving my service anymore. Wasted an extra 2 hours of my life for something that SHOULD NOT have happened in the first place. BE AWARE WHEN BUYING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM DICK'S SPORTING GOODS.

Wall to wall sports paraphernalia! Where to begin! The staff was very helpful. They asked if I had ever been there before and explained the layout of the store; professional teams up front... college teams towards the back. I don't recall seeing anything regarding our Dynamo soccer team or the Rockets but I'm sure that I overlooked it. I had no problem finding the Cowboys, Texans, Astros and even the New Orleans Saints! It's hard finding anything Saints related here which is why I used to travel to Louisiana many years ago just to find something. I know I could have shopped online but it was a good time for a road trip. Rally House has so many fan favorite items to select from; jewelry, Christmas ornaments, board games, LEGOs...even dominos. Compared to what I spent on hoodies and t-shirts about 8 years ago, prices here are a little more than what I want to spend. I consider myself to be a bargain shopper and tend to shop around (online or in-store) before buying the first thing I see. Walmart, Five Below and other low priced stores in Louisiana is where I would shop so I could get more for my money. For those of you who have that Texas or Louisiana sports fan in your life, Christmas is coming up and Rally House should be one of the stores you consider putting on your "nice" list.

Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. Unfortunately lately it's become really discouraging to even come in because of the terrible customer service from one particular older employee at the front register. Every interaction with her comes with an attitude for absolutely no reason. The first time I checked out with her, I bought a piece of glassware from the 75% off rack and she refused to give me the discount even though that's where it was clearly placed. I let it go because it was only a few dollars and honestly I didn't want to deal with more attitude. Another time I was there, even another customer told her she seriously needed to work on her customer service skills because of how rude she was being to everyone. Today was probably my last time coming here. I found two tops I wanted to buy that were already tagged and out on the sales floor. One was an Anthropologie top for $6 and the other was $5. When I got to the register, the same employee started complimenting the Anthropologie top and then suddenly said she needed to "go ask something." My mom and I already knew what was happening because we come here often and have noticed certain higher-value items mysteriously disappear once employees notice the brand name. She came back and told me they "couldn't sell" me the top because it was Anthropologie -- even though it had already been priced, tagged, and placed out on the rack for customers to buy. I ended up leaving without buying anything. It's honestly sad because this place used to feel like a fun community thrift shop, but now it just feels unorganized and unfair. Between the rude customer service and employees pulling items once they realize they might be worth more online, it really feels like this place is going downhill.
