okay my husband and myself went to Nutri Shop to give them a chance. we normally go to GNC or Vitamin Shop. We bought isopro whey protein and daily fiber powder. Upon checkout the gentleman asked if we've been in the shop before, we said no this was our first time. He asked for our email account and rang us up. I thought it was really weird they don't have prices on anything or sale items listed or their return policy. That evening I tried to use the daily fiber powder omg, it was beyond gross. The worst I've ever ever ever had. The next day my husband and myself went back to the shop with the daily fiber and receipt. The same guy that checked us out the day before was working. I told him I wanted to return the product and i explained why. He said it was a product that was on sale and they don't return items on sale. I looked at the receipt, the receipt didn't say anything was on sale and there were no stickers on the product claiming it was "on sale". I told him I'd be fine with store credit, he said let me call the owner. 2 mins later he said the owner said no. so i was screwed. It was a waste of $23.00..... I can't use the product its horrible!!!! I told the guy I knew it wasn't his fault he just works there, but I did tell him he and the owner should post sale items and list it on the receipt. Also if someone says its their first visit in and their apparently buying a nonrefundable product don't you think the guy should have said something. BTW GNC allows 30 days return with receipt regardless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time or money here, its a joke. Go to GNC! read more

Nutrishop is awesome! The staff is very knowledgable about their products, and very helpful when you are making decisions. Many nutrition shops try to up sell you when shopping, but I never feel that way in this store. My husband and I have purchased many supplements from this location, and we are very pleased with the results. They also have monthly specials that help bring down the cost of your purchases. Going into a nutrition shop for the first time in years I was a little worried about some giant dude behind the counter telling me all the different supplements that I HAVE To take or I'll shrivel up and die!!! Turns out the people at this nutrishop shop are very helpful and really seemed to care about my fitness. The manager Tyler told me the place to start would be protein. I figured the protein would taste like chalk and armpit like it did in high school but he insured me that times had changed and the flavors were pretty good now. He was right, I love the Orange 50/50 pro 5 flavor. This place is definitely my first choice for any supplements in the future! read more

They have the best price for Quest Bars and when I went in there a few days ago to pick up some, I overheard the staff telling a man about a protein powder. I was really impressed with her knowledge and ability to explain in simple, yet detailed words what he should look for in a powder and expect to get from various brands and types. She then offered him some samples to take with him before he committed to buying. She was not trying to up-sell him at all. It was great. Then after he left, when I casually mentioned that I had been listening to her, she opened containers and gave me several samples too. The store and staff are top notch. I love going in there. I feel like I get really competitive pricing and advice that isn't a sales pitch. read more
