Employees are not evil, they have not called me names and none of them have attempted to trip me. They are just not outgoing and no one seems to go out of their way to help. Most Sprouts ask me if I need assistance finding something, or hi, how are you doing when they see me walking aimlessly through the store. Something! It seems this Sprouts location does not possess that skill. As originally stated, the store is fine. Has the products I need. The employees just need some training on making the customer feel welcome and appreciated. That in itself might elevate them from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Their beer selection is another big plus, especially if you enjoy IPAs and craft beers. So I went back into the Temecula location--and that's where everything shifted again. I met Michael for the first time, and he was incredible. He walked me through a body fat scan and explained everything in a way that was actually easy to understand (which is rare--those things can be confusing). No pressure, just real clarity. Then he recommended a few supplements that I'm genuinely excited about and optimistic will help me get back on track. The culture at this store is what really stands out. I've been to other NutriShop locations, but this one hits different. Mandy, the owner, is amazing, and you can feel the positive energy the second you walk in. Unfortunately, as the previous reviews have mentioned this store truly lacks availability of certain items found in abundance at other stores like the one located on Rancho California Rd. There were not a lot of employees on the floor. The stores on Rancho and the one in Murrieta have very friendly & helpful employees who actually greet you and ask if you need help. Not here. I found the employees in general are not personable. I thought all ALDI employees were the same and I came to expect that level of hospitality here. It was disappointing to say the least. Their ALDI finds were nowhere to be found. Another let down. I couldn't find their sweet & sour sauce and couldn't find some of their usual pastries. I will probably go to the ALDI on Rancho from now on even though this location is closer to home. On the upside, it's bright and orderly. The aisles are kept clear and free from pallets of product.

While the meat was good that was about it. The fries (I want to say they were not frozen, but made fresh) were thick fries BUT they were cold/stale and hard as a rock when they came out. This was not from overcooking they were just hard, so hard the plastic utensils they give had a hard time with them. While we did order the basic fries, this was a little too basic. The amount of fries with nothing on it was too much, and the toppings were not enough to spread around to get a nice thick coverage. And the size of the fries and them being hard made it even harder to get a good mix-in going. And for as expensive as these fries were that was VERY disappointing. They also had no salsa to pour on the fries the only hot sauce was tapito and that did not go well on the fries. We will probably be back and get a sandwich but we would never ever get the fries again. This gets 2 stars only because the meat had potential.
