I have gone into the Temecula Vitamin shop several times now. There is a representative Paris that is very knowledgeable on ingredients, additives etc. and this helps you to achieve your goals. Paris is an asset to this team because her skill set is similar to a pharmacist background. The store is always clean and stocked with specials and sales throughout. Check this store out for maximizing your workouts. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe - My goodies for my dad during this shopping haul. - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Temecula, California

Walked in looking for a specific supplement for my mother, the lady told me she didn't carry that brand. As I was walking out she called me back in and said she'd try to help me find it elsewhere, and she took the time to Google it and try to find something similar to it. I wish I caught her name but she was a blond lady and she was extremely kind. Her customer service was great and that's what the review is mainly for, as I didn't purchase any products read more

This place does not know anything about the stuff that they sell. I just stood in a 20 minute line to ask for help and both of the employees got distracted and started helping other people. Really unorganized really bad customer service, really weird... don't go unless you know what you want and have a ton of time! Let me be clear, there was a total of 3 customers in the store and I the vitamin I wanted was not on the shelf, I gathered my 2 other items and stood in line. When it was my turn I showed the cashier, I would like to get these pills that you are out of, and it's ok if I have to come back, I just need the correct dosage. In the meantime another employee came out and they both went to the computer and started looking at it, then the second cashier went to check another person out. Then the first cashier, walked away from the computer, that I was patiently standing next to and started to check out another person. I waited, they both ignored me, and I walked to the cash register and said are you both going to ignore me and stop helping me, after I stood in line. The cashier said, I had to stop because I didn't know what I was looking at. Again I exclaimed, this is really weird I stood in line and waited for your help and you just stopped helping me in the middle of it. The second cashier, looked over at me and said nothing. I ordered exactly what I wanted from Amazon. I also went to roots and they were very knowledgeable and recommended some other items as well. I prefer to shop brick and mortar but not when the staff could care less. read more

First time at the shoppe because I couldn't find what I was looking for at CVS. Staff was friendly and immediately helpful!

I walked into this shop looking for a magnesium supplement to help with my anxiety. I was honestly completely clueless on what I was really looking for and Juliet was the sweetest human in the world and really helped me understand what I needed. She also showed me a supplement completely different to take with the magnesium and wrote down on a sticky note when to take it and how many. She is an angel. If you are ever clueless like I was walking into a supplement store, the sales associates will definitely help what you're looking for. read more

Would like to take a moment and brag on the staff at this location ! Carolyn and the other young female with the pizza pin on her lanyard were extremely knowledgeable about the products I had inquired about. Would definitely recommend buying here vs some online retailer. The staff is awesome. Every time I shop here I get the help that I need and the in depth knowledge about the Product. Will be buying here again ! read more

Good spot to pick up some workout supplements. They have a variety to choosefrom. Great information and quick to serve.

Love going here as they educate you along the way if, like me, you are new into the "taking care of yourself" stage in life !! Loooong overdue I might add ! Anyway, every person must go through some pretty serious, extensive training to work here because ever person is knowledgable !! We can find everything we need when we go here ! The only reason this has 4 instead of 5 stars is because the prices are astronomical, although if you wait for sales or the buy one get one half price or BOGO sales, it makes it more palatable !! Definitely make this a stop if you need get vitamins, quest bars, protein powder, akaline water etc... read more

I walked in looking for a vitamin C supplement that my doctor recommended I take. A young lady by the name of Paris came to my rescue as I was pretty much lost. She not only helped me find the vitamin C section, she also offered a couple different varieties and she was able to tell me the differences and benefits of each. She also helped me find a good protein powder which was helpful since they have a ton of different protein powders. I very much appreciate customer service and product knowledge. Paris was super sweet and helpful, give that girl a raise! Great store, great customer service! read more

The employees here are extremely knowledgeable and able to assist you with a myriad of ailments and give good solid recommendations. My family has been coming here for years and they have been able to help us clear up rashes, warts and lower blood sugar. Our MD would not even help with some of that. They really are amazing and worthy of the products they sell. read more

Its like walking into Pleasantville. Everyone was so nice and extremely informative. Very refreshing and I picked up ph stripes!

Loved going here for many years but the customer service is not happening now!!! I can order anything I want on Amazon Prime from my computer and it comes in a day. The reason I have been coming here was to be informed about the products I am buying. I was willing to pay more for your knowledge. I came in with a product that I thought you would end up returning due to crystallization of the powder. I was told it was too old and couldn't be refunded. I still purchased new product and got some info on good dosage for what I was looking for. The man helping me was called to the front to help another customer. I said aren't you helping me? He said yes and continued to help. I finished shopping for my supplements and was ready to check out. He said I'm going to ring this other gentleman up real quick. The man had just gotten to the counter with his products. He rang him up and then came to ring my $100 Plus order up, I told him that the other 2 people working could have helped the other gentleman and said it felt unfair. I know I probably came across as irritated because I was. It didn't seem to make a difference! That said I will be returning my supplements back and shopping at Nutrishop. They spend quality time to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. We have other options so I suggest you get back to customer service here! The manager was there watching the whole time and this very much surprised me! read more

What do you do when you run out of your essential vitamins and supplements and need it asap? You drop in to this neighborhood store. They've got such a large selection and have almost everything you need. Their prices are reasonable when compared to other local vitamin stores. The employees are always helpful and available to answer any questions. Make sure to sign up for their email coupons and deals. Never hurts to save a few dollars. read more

I like very much that they carry some supplements that other stores I usually shop at do not carry. Prices are fair to middin' and sometimes they can get "up there" depending on what you want, potency, quantity, etc. I would have ordered the supplement I needed online at a lower price but I had to have it today, so I'm really glad they carry it. (The product I needed is $10 less at Amazon but I needed pain relief right away!) The store is neat, clean, well lit and merchandised. Took me a second look driving to find it but now I know that it is between the '76 gas station and the Verizon store. read more

The experience o had at this store was horrible. Rude, rude people. On my way to Menifee I stopped off at a beauty store to look around. I had had an iced coffee and was about to burst. The beauty store said I could not use their restroom. I left and went over to the gas station. Bathroom out of order. Then I walked next door to the Vitamin Shoppe begging them to use their bathroom after I had to recount my story and feeling like my bladder was going to explode. The manager said no. I asked please as I was about to burst. He still said no. I could not even believe this. Horrible people. I would never ever shop there. I'm a 55 year old woman. Wow guy, you are a creep. read more

Big store, nice selection of beauty products and herbs. Excellent customer service and I love that they are all open late.

I have to say - there are some really outstanding people at this location that have changed my mind. I've never experienced anything untoward from the manager I called out in my first review. In particular, manager Steve is worth a trip in. I never brought up my bad experience in the store, but my review was read. I was personally recognized as the author and he went out of his way to address my concerns with humor and sensitivity. Honestly, that is above and beyond the call of duty. I actually enjoy coming in 5 seconds before they close if I've finished up training early enough. Makes me laugh- generally someone shouts "QUEST BAR!" when I walk in the door. Consider them forgiven for the Fat Burner incident! They've taken the time to take the criticism seriously and make improvements. That rarely happens. read more

I have been here several times now and without fail as soon as I walk in someone offers to help me.. I LOVE IT!! i went in the store with my dad and we went our separate ways to find what we needed. i asked a worker where a certain supplement was and she showed me so i thanked her. i took the bottle to the back of the store where my dad was and handed to him and said i was going to wait in the car. the workers proceeded to say "that girl with the orange hair just stole some iron." they were going to follow me out of the store before my dad said "that's my daughter, she gave it to me." I could've been harassed for something that I might have put back on the shelf and decided not to buy. my whole family is livid after hearing my dad tell us what happened when he was done checking out. keep in mind it was a $7 bottle. read more

Great service. Friendly, happy, and clean. The managers are always happy to help out. VitaminShoppe always has a good variety of supplements that meet several needs. Gnc isn't as diverse. I recommend this place. read more

Larger than the usual Vitamin Shoppes I've been to. The staff is helpful and friendly and they don't bombard you as soon as you walk in like GNC does. They have a huge selection of supplements however, the only complaint I really have is it takes forever for them to get the latest BANG flavor. It's a problem when the 76 gas station next door gets the newest flavor weeks before they do but still, this isn't a deal breaker. read more

I never leave negative reviews. I have been shopping here for years, have spent thousands of dollars at this location. Tried to walk in at 8:55 pm, although I understand they close at 9pm. I was coming home from work and was on the road for over an hour as I work in San Diego and live in Temecula. I desperately needed to buy my regular monthly melatonin purchase along with other items valued over $200 which I buy regularly and monthly, I already knew where the items are located in the store and the transaction would have taken less than 2 minutes, as always. The door was locked and the staff stood behind the counter shaking their head "no" while they were in the process of ringing up a customer who was already in the store. I asked them to open the door and they continued their business. I took myself and 3 year old daughter whom I just picked up from daycare back in the car and left. As a manager myself I understand and appreciate the timing and needs of a business, however it doesn't take a whole lot to just be courteous. I will not be shopping at a vitamin shoppe store or online again unfortunately, as they have been supplementing my fitness goals for years. read more

I think I figured out the problem with the Menifee store and Temecula store. I went in today I was greeted 2 employees on the floor. I went In quickly to find the nuts and more spread and some hair vitamin supplements and 2 quick snacks as my mom was waiting so I grabbed 2 protein bars. At no point at all was I offered help or was tried to be sold something. It's just a bad experience going into these stores. I asked the associate if they had the same DM as the Menifee store. He said we do but he got promoted so we don't have a DM right now. Some girl is overlooking our stores. Well what a great job! Honestly I realized today after thinking about it and using Google that nuts and more is cheaper online with free shipping by $3 a jar! I can buy any protein bar anywhere at this point or Gnc. Why am I wasting my money and time on a company who refuses to train their employees and hold them accountable. By the way thanks for the call back on the other review as upper management if you cannot take yourself seriously what do you expect from the front line. read more

Pretty good selection of items. I was greeted immediately and directed right to the product I was looking for. Very friendly sales person and she seemed to know the products pretty well.
