Was just in there trying to return a supplement. Guy in there, heavy Australian or NZ accent kept asking questions. I was sold a bad batch.. I sampled it, knowing it has beta alanine, tried to push past it during my workout so I sent my husband in to get one. I took it twice, again, tried to workout through the itchiness, a beta alanine aide effect, because people kept telling me "you get used to it" I tried.. decided to take it back and try and get my money back. Dude panicked and called his boss, and gave me a 50 dlr gift card which I won't be using it, so I gave it away.. please fix your return policy. And im out 50 bucks.. You have a line of customers waiting and this guy has the nerve to ask a million questions. He's also rude. Horrible customer service and will NOT be returning. Please train your employees better. read more

I've been in twice now and both times have been excellent. First time I was helped by Brian, he got me set up on quality products, and gave some great education on which each product was going to do for balance. Next time, I was helped by Jillian (spelling could be off). She helped with getting superfood to add to my shakes. Great product, and again excellent service. Prices are on point and competitive with others, great selection too. read more

Had the best experience with this location. The New owner is constantly in and truly cares about her customers. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and wasn't trying to upsell me but rather educate me on what my body needs for ultimate success. They are really well versed at this store... knowing how to support your high school athlete, middle aged mom trying to get off the weight gained by kids or help the competing body builder. Their priority is the costumers success! I will be a returning costumer for sure!!!!! read more

5 stars across the board! If you're looking for a supplement shop that you can trust, has an amazing experienced staff, and the prices are great for the quality of products that they carry. Look no further than Nutrishop off of the 15 frwy and Cal Oaks exit in Murrieta. read more

I just sat in front of this location for 20 minutes waiting for the employee to return. I understand if they need to use the restroom, but I drove all the way over there with my 3yo in tow and 20 minutes is longer than I should have to wait during business hours. I would've preferred if they had put a return time. At least then I could've gauged if it was worth waiting or not. I guess I will have to go to the other location. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! The owner is so kind and helpful to customers. I don't live in the area, have ordered over the phone and they will ship my products. Cost of shipping is minimal and I always get my products within a couple days. Last shipment, a surprise gift was included (a shaker cup to mix my fat burner) which cost more than the shipping! Thank you to Keri & the staff of Nutrishop!!! read more

My friends and I made a pit stop on our way to a Mud Run in Temecula and decided to quickly look for an energy drink. Chris, the owner, was extremely kind, eager to help, and knowledgeable. He offered an amazing deal for us to try a couple scoops of preworkout + BCAA + a shaker. He gave us a run down of every single ingredient as well as the benefits of what we were about to ingest. HIGHLY recommend this store. Would definitely come back and purchase here! read more

I went in this afternoon and the lady working was absolutely beyond rude with very smart remarks, She also didn't allow me to put in my number to gain points for what I purchased. Who I went in along with myself will no longer be shopping here until the customer service is addressed... There's no reason a worker should ever make a customer feel dumb or be spoken down to. read more

Absolutely the best place to shop for all your needs. My wife and I have gone here several times now and everytime Chris has helped us. He is a wealth of knowledge informing us on the various optionas we could go with. In the past I have shopped at many different places fo supplements and there is a sense of intimidation. Chris is always welcoming and really invests in the goals you have. He also writes down the amounts, times per day for each of us on everything and does not try to upsale you. I would not go anywhere else before you try this place. thanks chris -the galats read more

Absolutely the worse nutrition store I've encountered. Im newer to the world of supplements and nutrition. The guy that worked there I believe his name is Chris sold me a bunch of supplements and after researching they were definitely not the products I needed for my goals and body . This shop pressures you into buying things you don't need and is very pushy. Buyer beware read more
