For a town that's all about sports, you would expect there to be a solid sports store in town!…read moreUnfortunately this is the only sports store in town and it's not an REI or Dick's in size, variety or quality. The selection is very limited in this store. The store is small in comparison to other sports stores, but packed to the gills in the limited space! For women, I think the store is even more limited in variety. The other disappointing thing at this store is the lack of contact with employees: I wasn't even greeted at the store when entered by the cashiers. Lastly I think the brand quality is poor, for women the shoe selection seems to consist of the cheaper shoes of a given brand. With that said, I appreciate having a sport store in town to get the basics for my sports needs.

I have had so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so many broken products that I've had to either just deal with return or injured myself trying to use. It is fucking ridiculous. How terrible the quality control is here on a place that sells products that are specialty.

Turns out if you're in an interview for a medical facing job where scrubs are useful you should not say you can start tomorrow or else you will be doing vitals in business casual. My uncle has been trying to stop smoking for years now and was not successful. So i went online…read moreand did some research in hopes of finding a way to help him. Hope came in the form of an amazingly knowledgeable man named "George" (who i am eternally grateful to). After spending 15 minutes on the phone with me, I made the drive to Simi Valley with my uncle to see George. Perhaps i pre-judged cigar shops but honestly George was one of the kindest, most knowledgeable men ive met since I moved to California. He TRULY CARES and gives honest advice. Regardless of weather you are interested in quitting smoking cigarettes, or simply want to know about a certain product, this place is your dictionary. To my surprise, there is SOO much more than just E-cigs! It is definitely unlike other smoke shops; it beautifully designed, clean and VERY fairly priced. There is a vast variety of very cool items that I (and most men) love. During my time there, i overheard another employee telling a customer that "she doesn't have to make a decision now," she should go home and think about it because "you should feel confident in your decision", words i never thought i would hear in such a place. Clearly his staff is as ethical as he is. Most important, my uncle has not had a cigarette for over THREE WEEKS NOW!!! This hasn't happened in over 15 years, and i honestly have you to thank George. You are a good man. God bless you guys.

I come here often and enjoy some of the workers - one bleach blonde babe is always super helpful…read moreand sweet. The gingery blonde, ahhh, she's okay but she knows that the products they sell aren't all the very best. I was in one day when the ginger blonde and a dark curly haired girl were discussing some new products. They were so excited about the "margins" and how much they could make off of some new chocolates. The ginger blonde specifically said that the product wasn't amazing but the margins were so who cares. Considering this is for medicinal purposes, I would care and I assume most of the other clients would care as well. The bud I get is 95% of the time high quality but as other reviews have stated - it is a pricey BUT you do get what you pay for. So stop by to check it out but don't listen to the workers - they are there to make money, not truly help the patients. UPDATE- I come in here quite often. I ALWAYS tip the girls working because they're helpful, have a smile on their face and make you feel welcome. The majority of them are very kind. The two blonde girls are my fav. This one girl with dark hair, thin bangs is so incredibly rude and will be the reason I never come back again. It's not one instant or even two - she is always this way. She is condescending. Horrible social skills. It seems her life is unpleasant considering the way she speaks to people. I've witnessed her be rude to the customers she waits on beside me. I've also had it happen personally myself on numerous occasions. If you stop in today, 1/26/17 - stay away from the employee wearing this shirt I attached. She won't make your experience at the Loft, or even your day, very pleasant.
