This nutrishop is amazing! All workers are super helpful! They helped educate me on the products and suggested some that I might want and need. There's also a wide variety of product -- energy drinks, protein powders, vitamins, etc. They even have vegan protein powder that I haven't seen carried in any other stores! I always feel welcomed when coming into the store. Never has any of the workers pressures me into buying anything. Sometimes I've walked in just for questions and to be educated, and purchased nothing but the employees never made me feel uncomfortable for not buying anything. One star is for customer service. Two women "working" the counter; not friendly, didn't ask if I needed help, and forget about asking for a refund even if you have the receipt. So, if you go in, make sure you know what you need and avoid making any exchanges or asking for refunds. This experience made online shopping that more appealing. read more

Not gonna lie, first time I went there I received such good energy! I got pre workout and the staff was super cool and friendly. Then fast forward they explained me the rules of the competition and I decided to do the weigh in as well as the inbody which explained a lot of things I didn't know before! I'm not a fan of this location. It's very "sales driven" with poor intent. I'm well versed in what I need and don't need and have regular briefings with a personal trainer. It's quite obvious this store has commission due to the pushy employees? I prefer the Moreno Valley location. Nice area, and no pressure from sales folks. I was really skeptical of the whole store idea. I've gone to other places and always have felt like no one knows what they are talking about and just want to seek you a bunch of product that you don't need. I only went in for a specific bar and found that they weigh you, take your body fat percentage and talk with you about your body needs. There wasn't any pressure to buy stuff. They offered me a bunch of samples, which other shops never did. They are very knowledgeable about what you need, and aren't trying to push you to buy a bunch of junk. Really good products! Glutacor is definitely my new favorite glutamine product. It has helped my joints a lot, don't wake up that sore after an intense workout and helps my digestive system as well. I also recommend Thermovex to help loose water weight, increpase energy (pre-workout) and the PM one to sleep better while burning more calories in your sleep! What else would you want?!
