I usually do that but today that I came to get my order Desire brought out everything in a cart and a box on the side and asked me to load my box with my stuff into my car. . . She said they only load the groceries into the box themselves when it's going into the trunk... that was odd as I've been coming here religiously since last year to get all my momma needs... what's the point of pre ordering for pick up if that's the case?

Andrea (newest member) was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable while shopping, she explained everything and answered all my questions. At the end she even helped bring my groceries to my car, I did not expect that and really appreciate it it. They had a great selection of produce and it was all fresh! Definitely will be coming back to this location.

They're friendly, approachable, and actually take the time to answer questions. If they don't know something, they don't make up an answer they'll check with someone who does or look it up to make sure you're getting the right information. That kind of honesty goes a long way. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality of the products they carry. We've never felt pressured to buy something we didn't need, which is refreshing. If you're looking for a supplement store with knowledgeable people, reasonable prices, and great customer service, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

Shout out to Elisa it was so kind and patent through the whole chaotic process of today…read more Also apologies to her as well for my daughter, harassing her for stickers. I like going to sprouts because I really adore the bulk food section. I really like being able to get things not in plastic, and bringing my own containers to make sure I can do my best to continue trends of sustainability in this hyper consumerist age. However, I always seem to run into an issue when it comes to the bulk goods. It seems that not all of the cashiers have been thoroughly trained on it, which is not their fault, and is more of management issue. I had about two or three regular employees trying to figure out the "bring your own container" system, and I feel like I was really wasting their time. On top of that, I brought cash, but the drawers weren't set up with enough change. So it was even more of a stall for the people behind me. Overall, an absolutely completely embarrassing shopping trip, but I got out of there with my chocolate chips and the kindness of Elisa.
