I was upset with myself for waiting too long. The next day, despite the avocados still being quite firm, I sliced open all four of the pre-packaged avocados. They were also rotten inside. No eye contact, no greeting and doesn't even say the total $ amount owed. She mindlessly, sloppily dumps the groceries in the bag. The first time I went, she shoved everything into 1 overstuffed bag, so I asked for an extra bag on the side. If I hadn't gotten another bag, it would have ripped. I had to redo everything in the car and noticed the smashed produce and bread in the middle and bottom of the bag. She put all of the other heavier items on top of them including cartons of milk and eggs. This employee has been there the last 3 times I've gone. So I filled out the contact form on the website about the terrible customer service and NEVER received a response. In addition to the awful customer service (only from this 1 employee), several times the produce I bought ended up rotting way too quickly. Their healthcare section just got downsized a lot too. This location has gone downhill! I hadn't been to Sprouts in Brea for a long time, and went there instead this past weekend - more selection, better prices and MUCH better customer service!!

On my most recent visit Sunday evening, I completely understood the store was closing in about 10 minutes, but being told "Nope, we're closed" when the department was still technically open felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. A kinder response would have gone a long way. I wanted to share this feedback because the repeated negative demeanor in that department noticeably affects the overall shopping experience.
