We selected a jar of prepared Irish Sea moss which is a collection of minerals that's a delight for your mind body and soul. Let's get back to the tea. The T-bar boasted over 15 specialty teas centered around health and wellness concerns. The tea masters also had combinations at the ready depending on your mood health needs and overall if you just want something that taste good and a need to feel mellow. Some tea combinations included CBD. My tea never turns out this good at home not even close. The tea bar comes with a strong recommendation, especially for those who are looking to experience something new with excellent service and amazing tea combinations. In addition, enjoy a warm social interaction that ignites a good start for those on the sober curious journey around the city.

The owner was really sweet, and the decor and overall vibe were very calming. The menu is super dope, I love the names of all the teas, and how they break down the benefits. I happened to not be having the best day, so I ordered the "Chill Pill", which caters to mood management and anxiety. It definitely lowered my levels significantly. They had a nice cozy couch for us to lounge on, they have good seating options, but I'd come with no more than 3-4 people at a time. While we ordered our tea in to-go cups, you also have the option of ordering a teapot (while dining in ofcourse), or they sell the tea bags in bulk to purchase. I am so grateful that this place is so close to my job, because best believe I will be back :)

Sorry for this long post, I normally try to be brief and to the point in my Yelp reviews. But the…read moreexperience I just had as I tasted the food prepared by Chef J of Dished Palate was a FLAVOR JOURNEY that I'd have a hard time describing in fewer words. To begin with, Dished Palate is located in Georgia directly servicing the metro ATL area, but they ship nation-wide so I was able to enjoy their food from my home in Maryland in just a couple of days after placing my order. My order consisted of a select sampling of dishes including Jerk Chik'n Wraps, Garlic and Herb seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast, Sirloin Tips, Cajun Pasta with Chicken and Sausage, and assorted flavors of their Timonade drinks each flavor packed with varying healing herbs such as ashwagandha, aloe vera, and hibiscus flower. The bourbon sirloin tips order included two side items which I chose broccoli and roasted potatoes. In hindsight I probably should have opted for a different side as reheating the broccoli resulted in a soft almost mushy texture. I can probably change my reheating method to prevent that, but it's something I'll keep in mind in future shipped orders. The potatoes were tasty though and well seasoned. Of course the star of this particular meal were the sirloin tips. Each morsel was tender and delicious, with the flavor of bourbon, with hints of garlic, butter and herb. It was excellent! The grilled chicken breast was and equally tender and satisfying. Of all of the items though, I have to admit I was most skeptical of the Jerk Chik'n Wraps. As this is a vegan-friendly menu item, the "chicken" of course was plant-based which for me was unexplored grounds. In short, this actually turned out to be my favorite of the group of items, and I am now a believer in plant-based. The jerk flavors came through BIG with a sweet punch and had the perfect amount of heat in the finish. Combined with the bite from the thinly sliced red onion, crisp green spinach, and fresh herbs I was an instant fan! This wrap can easily go toe-to-toe with any of the absolute best sandwiches I've had, period! I would definitely recommend Dished Palate to anyone looking for meal-prep at an affordable rate and delivered (as I was), or even those looking for a delicious lunch offering in the ATL-metro vacinity. Give Chef J a try, you will not be disappointed!
