Juan was very responsive and gave a fair quote, so combined with the many positive referrals we hired him to replace our old roof. They started our roof on a Monday and finished on Friday - turns out we actually had 2 roofs they had to tear off which turned it into a much larger job, especially considering one side of our roof is steeply sloped. All of the workers were friendly, helpful and did a great job. They arrived about the same time each morning and worked hard all day. We had a hard time choosing a roof color (they use GAF Timberline RS) and we ended up going with Sagewood. However, every time it rained, the gutters would overflow. I called his office and asked for them to come out and look, I sent videos, but never got the help I wanted and asked for. He was wonderful to work with but the follow-through afterwards lacked. I have attached pictures to show the rain pouring out of the gutters. I am glad we have rain in California today, I just wish that the rain was going down the gutters and not onto my redwood deck. I would not refer someone to him, sadly.
