They dragged their feet for months- they started work last July during renovations and didn't get our heat up and running until the evening before we moved in in November. We had to physically go to the office to get them to finish their incomplete job so we would be able to move in. No apology or anything from the owner. There were a lot of issues with installation and they have had to come out for service quite a few times to keep fixing things they did incorrectly. The first summer in the house our ac didn't work and it took multiple visits for them to fix. Then come the next season shift the heat wasn't working and the same thing happened and it took days to fix. Most recently, water was collecting in the exhaust pipe because they didn't angle it correctly for water to drain out. Over Christmas Eve and Christmas we were left with the house at 50 degrees and no heat or hot water. We had guests staying with us and a baby. We got a Bradford white system through them that only a few techs know in their company. They have never once apologized or acknowledged any of this. Last night our heat wasn't working again so I called and left a message on the emergency line at 2am. I didn't get a call back until 9am. If you do use them I certainly wouldn't recommend getting Bradford White through them use somebody else. They definitely don't care, give you attitude on the phone and don't try to remedy the situation enough.
