This was a wonderful lunch experience in Royal Palm Beach…read more If you are craving authentic Mexican Cuisine, this is your place! A large interior and bar area with a very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered a Burrito lunch special. My Burrito was great and filled with a generous portion of meat. The exterior tortilla was soft and I could cut it with a fork. The sauces are fresh and wake up all your taste sensations. We shared a caramel flan which was large and large on delicious flavor too!

We had an excellent lunch here…read more The place is large inside with a bar area -- the "cantina" -- and two dining room areas. There are tables as well as booths. The menu is large with quite a few lunch specials from which to choose. It was not an easy decision. We enjoyed addictive chips and two salsas (one mild and one spicy) while looking over the menu. My husband got their lunch burrito. It came with sides of refried beans, yellow rice, and salad. There was a dollop of sour cream on top. He had ground beef as his burrito meat filling. He really liked the flavor. He said the tortilla wrapping was soft. He was planning on taking half home for dinner, but wound up eating the entire meal as it was so good. I had an appetizer of shrimp ceviche. The large serving came spread out on a plate. There was a ton of shrimp -- cut piece of larger sized shrimp mixed in with whole baby shrimp; chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro. All in a marinade. I added an additional squeeze lime and some of the mild salsa. The shrimp dish was delicious. It felt healthy and refreshing -- especially on the hot day. For dessert, we had (vanilla) flan. A large portion that was perfect for us to share. It came with whipped cream and a couple cinnamon sugared chips. This place is a keeper.

Got a free slam as a birthday gift however in order to redeem it,I have to eat in. I don't eat in…read moreat restaurants anymore due to my being handicapped. I ordered through the app and paid for it on the app Had it picked up to eat at home. Got a slam that included a biscuit and sausage gravy,2 eggs & 2 pieces of breakfast sausage. I added a side of hashbrowns. The biscuit appeared to be fresh but the sausage gravy was white gravy with a piece of sausage chopped up into it. No flavor. The eggs were over easy which were ok. The sausage was overcooked and slightly burned. The side of hashbrowns were under cooked. All in all this Denny's isn't what it used to be and the fact that the very few patrons present in the restaurant is a testament to that fact.

I had a dentist appointment early this morning and decided to satisfy a craving for stuffed French…read moretoast before heading into work for the day. I was greeted politely when I entered. The hostess was handling a phone order so I used that opportunity to run to the restroom. The restrooms were fairly clean with maybe one gross stall. I was seated pretty quickly. The restaurant definitely wasn't super busy being a Thursday morning, but there were about 8-10 tables split between two waitresses. The booths could have used a quick wipe down with a disinfecting rag for the splattered grease stains on the seats but that's to be expected for the establishment. I started off with a water as I browsed the menu. A lot of restaurants are on the "dirty" drink trend so I was interested to see if Denny's was riding the wave (they aren't yet lol) but I did see a Mocha Cold Brew that caught my eye. My waitress initially told me they no longer had the supplies for it but quickly retracted and let me know she could accommodate me. Loved that! As planned I went with the stuffed French toast slam (eggs scrambled with cheese, bacon and sausage). Wait time was reasonable (I was able to get two reviews out my drafts lol). Portion size was more than enough. The bacon and sausage were both cooked perfectly. The eggs were good with the right amount of cheese. The filling to the stuffed French toast was super yummy and I enjoyed the quality of the bread used. I am looking forward to returning to try some of the new appetizers and lunch items on their menu.
