They were juicy, flavorful, and the buns were soft. It's easy for a smashed patty to end up dry, but they got it right. I wasn't a fan of the sauce on the burger. It was a little too sweet for me. The smackin ranch was actually really good on the fries, but the portion is pretty small for $0.75. The fries themselves were delicious though.

This is an almost chicago dog which comes with relish tomatoes and jalapenos. The bun was incredible as it was buttered and toasted and a good size hot dog bun! I really enjoyed my hot dog. The price for a dog was 5 dollars. It didnt come with any extras like the tater tots or a drink. Those cost extra if you want them. IF i ever see PS 561 again I would definitely buy another dog from their food truck. 5 Stars from me...because I love hot dogs and i love PS 561!

Go Ps561! Thanks for taking the title to my 800th review :)…read more I finally got the honor of checking out this awesome food truck in downtown Lake Worth the other night for the Food Truck invasion event. The menu kicks ass. You can get a dog with different types of creative toppings. Each one of the menu items have a crazy name for them and it suits each one well. I wanted to try all of them, but I stopped myself from doing so. The Exchange Student was ahhhh-mmazing! It was topped with garlic mayo, pineapple, and potato chips. The bun was perfectly toasted with butter and I enjoyed each bite more than the last. My husband got the Principal Ron and it was topped with bacon, BBQ sauce, and goat cheese. I took a bite of his and it was good, but I wanted mine more ;) Kudos to the guy that was doing the orders that night since he was the only one on the truck doing all the work. Even though it was the longest line out of all of the other food trucks that were there, he quickly handled each order smoothly and didn't stressed about the crowd waiting for those delicious dogs. The schedule is online, so you can check out when and where you can get one or four of these delicious hot dogs. The $5 price is fairly reasonable for each one of them. I definitely will try a different one the next time I visit the truck.

We ordered for pickup over the phone and the customer service was amazing, very patient and sweet. They have a phone number you can chat as well, if you have any questions. My favorite was the loroco, cheese and chicharrón pupusa, it was the perfect balance of all flavors. But overall would order all of them again because they were delicious. The Perrona fries were tasty, but the meat on top was a little hard. Tacos al pastor were tasty and spicy. The baleada sencilla was very good, loved how thick the tortilla was and there was a very good amount of crema. I really recommend this little truck and will be going again very very soon!
